Thanks for your reply Sas. So if you applying progressive overload on your abs, that means you do not perform any bodyweight crunches, all exercises are performed with weights right?

Hi Sas, how do you train your abs? Do you progressively overload them? Or is it just pump work? And do you change your training in off season?

Thanks Steven and Jdh. I am natural bodybuilder and I would like to compete in 2018. According to your writings, I will go for whey, dextrose, creatine monohydrate, beta alanine, eaa and vitamin D. For general health it will be omega 3 from life extension. Is there a need to cycle beta alanine or citruline malate in case i buy both?
-
Thanks guys, do you recommend any other supplement worth buying. My budget is limited so I want to make wise choices.
-
Does beta alanine and citruline malate worth taking to increase workout capacity?
-
Stephen, I believe it does not matter, as long as you find a way to progressively increase your output to continuously cause higher deficit for your body to adapt, you will see fatloss

JP i noticed you used to perform upright rows and upright to shoulder press movements for you compound movement in some of your youtube videos. I guess you dropped those because it is relatively easy to pick up an injury as you progressively overload these movements. Is that the reason?

JP thanks for the answer on baseline. In your last leg workout you performed MRs. Do you warm up for MRs or is not required? Also do you perform second set of MRs or just 1 set of 6×4?

Hi Jordan, sorry for asking this. You mentioned in a previous post “baseline”. Is it baseline weight? If yes, how do you know baseline weight?

Dean, it is 300g overall, plant+animal sources. I got it right isnt it?

Thanks William, that was a good help to clear my thoughts, I currently go 2on, 1 off, 1 on, 1off, 1on because my 2nd upper workout I like to do deadlift variation and with this considered if next day was leg day, this would be difficult for me to get PBs on lower body. So frequency is twice per week for both upper and lower.

I am not asking for just protein powders, but general supps worth buying

Hi Mort,
It is the lactose. I get gatric distress when I am on yoghurt for long time. Cottage cheese is worse for me.
