When you start using insulin again, do you find titrating up the dose of insulin helps to avoid the water retention that often comes with it? It’s something I struggle with and never manage to use insulin for longer than 6 weeks before the lower back pumps become debilitating.

Did you notice anything from the IGF1 DES?

How are you finding the IGF DES?

I hadn’t thought of that, thank you!

I’m going to go ahead and try this after watching the education section videos again:
Chest supported row: 5-9 heavy
Lat pulldown: 10-15 medium, 15-20 lowered
Incline press: 5-9 heavy
Decline cable fly: 10-15 medium, 15-20 lowered
Lateral raises: 10-15 medium, 15-20 lowered
Dips: 5-9 heavy
Tricep pushdown: 10-15 medium, 15-20 lowered
Cable curl: 10-15 medium, 15-20 lowered
Rope hammer curl: 10-15 medium, 15-20 lowered
Kelso shrugs: 10-15 mediumIf I’m not progressing lifts anymore then I’ll adjust volume. I have a feeling the dips will be too much after the incline press, but I’ll see.

Awesome, thanks Rich!
This is the upper session I’m looking at implementing:
Chest supported row
Lat pulldown
Low row
Incline press
Decline cable fly
Lateral raises
Dips
Tricep pushdown
Cable curl
Rope hammer curl
Kelso shrugsI do 2 sets each exercise, first set between 5-9 and second 10-15. If I get the top end or more I add weight the next time.
I feel like my chest and arms need to come up which is why I’ve got 2 exercises for each. No direct rear delt because I’ve got a fair bit of rowing on this day.
I guess no way to know if it’s too much for me without actually doing it!

Getting a WordPress permissions error when trying to upload pictures, so here is a link instead: https://ibb.co/album/WvZmTk
The other alternative is for me to stick to UL but maybe do something like:
Monday U, Tuesday L, Wednesday U, Thursday R, Friday U, Saturday L, Sunday R

I was recently diagnosed with IBS-D, and I was prescribed Gelsectan. He also prescribed probiotics, but I was taking those before anyway. I have been taking Gelsectan for the last week. My symptoms have totally stopped, despite being on holiday and eating all of the foods that I am supposedly intolerant of. The gastro said that food intolerance tests are not scientific, which explains why the two I had done produced almost entirely different results. I don’t know if that’s true, but certainly the intolerance tests I did were garbage, I eliminated all of those foods and still had symptoms. He said Gelsectan provides relief for the majority of his IBS patients.
I read a few papers regarding Gelsectan and IBS-D, and I decided to do a loading phase of two pills morning and night, and it seems to be doing wonders. No more bloating, normal stools, minimal stomach pain, no sudden need to run to the bathroom. I really can’t recommend Gelsectan enough. It’s also something that you can take without needing to stop. It’s a little pricey but totally worth it.

ishan, i know mate, i am trying i promise you, i spent all of jan back and forth with developers on fiver trying to get things fixed, literally i spent hours and hours of time, but got NO where , they couldn’t touch the existing code / knew where to start
this month i havent had the time at all, i can only spend X amount of time on certain things before i have to move on , i will have to find an english app development company i can hand over to, as i cant micro manage that now, as im now onto the new gym. Trust me i’m frustrated too but there is only one of me, i design every supp product, test it, work on branding / labelling, marketing and deal with the manufacturers to make sure its all perfect. i then do the same for clothing. Corinne handles all of our ins and outs stock wise and correspondence with wholesalers and then jumps in and out of customer service with our staff there. Its so hard finding staff who are good/ actually give a shit and no one can do the current jobs like me and Corinne can , i cant do her jobs and she cant do mine also, so its tricky.
You might want to check out something like Mighty Pro; it’s what you want, but as a service, so you don’t need to deal with developers anymore. They can also do a custom branded mobile app. Anyway, sorry for the off topic!

Thank you everyone for your replies, I really appreciate it!
I’ll stick to my original diet based on the feedback.

I’m curious which company you have used for the dumbbells? Watson used to be a popular choice, but they’re incredibly expensive.

I wouldn’t recommend any of the euro pharmacies stuff, it always gives me a lot of inflammation. I’m pretty sure it’s the solvents that are used. I would opt for other labs that aren’t issuing guaiacol, etc.

So glad to hear that you’re back.
Question… you’ve said before that you thought you had “ruined your physique” from pushing up too fast, do you still feel that way? Do you think taking a step back has reversed any of the things you used to see in the mirror?

Simply put, his main focus was – what gave the least amount of side effects when being able to run the androgen Load that he required to continue progression. And for him nandrolone only was the one.
Yeah I doubt that’ll be the case for me, I am not even close to his size. Also I exclusively have strength goals (and some aesthetic ones but less important).
You guys might be able to help here as well, in the nandrolone video he talks about not being able to manage the estrogen produced by aromatisation of nandrolone using an AI – then how is that managed? Simply by adjusting the dose if you’re experiencing sides?

Hi Kuba!
Thanks for the explanation. This makes sense, I wonder if the posts I was reading were from when he switched to nandrolone only. In any case what you’re saying about test, dht and just enough nandrolone seems in line with what I would have expected. Thanks again.
