Today has been a lovely day out with both my daughter’s and my Mum and Step Dad. We met up for coffee at a local craft centre, then walked to get some lunch.
The plan is to get he BBQ going later, once my husband is back from work.
I also started the day with a very early run, which my daughter joined me for.

What time of day do you train ?
The reason I’m asking and I’m not just having it first thing in morning is cus im already having quite a few liquid supplements in the morning and at work and didn’t want to add another liquid supplement to those times, I’d rather split it all up a little bit[/quote]

I would continue to increase calories slowly from here, however track your performance and look in the mirror, and not just scale weight. Use this data to determine when to make another increase.

I’m having a lovely rest day from training today. I did a run this morning, went out for brunch, coffee and a walk with my husband, then back home to chill and get the house ready for my eldest daughter to come back home tomorrow. I haven’t seen her now for over a year due to her travelling, so cannot wait to get her back, and especially see both my girls reunited 🙂

Hunger hormones get skewed during the tail end of a cut, when body fat levels are very low, so when you begin to re-add more food your body is struggling to signal when you’re hungry and full. It’s very easy to overeat, so this is where you need to be disciplined and have some self control. Those hormones will re-balance once you lay down some more body fat, but you need to be careful not to binge while your body is still adjusting.
Make sensible food choices. Fill up on vegetables. Choose grilled meats. Eat plenty of fruit. Drink lots of water. Stay active and utilise those calories.

Depends how much you’re eating. If you are binging consistently for a week, a lot of scale weight will be water, but you will be adding some bodyfat for sure.

A really good day of training today. I did some short hill sprints first thing this morning, with a 1km run there and back, then went to the gym after two meals for a leg session. On days where I wake feeling good and energised, I like to do more, on days where I feel like I need more rest, I do.

It’s considered a natural ‘fat loss’ supplement. However, it isn’t a shortcut or magic pill, you still need to have everything else in place, but it can have a mild effect on stubborn areas of body fat.

Your explanation is quite clear, but like Nicolas mentioned, the fat around my waist and lower abdomen is very stubborn—just like it is for everyone—and I haven’t been able to slim it down for a long time. I was planning to try Yohimbine HCL, but since I sometimes experience anxiety or even palpitations from high doses of caffeine, I’ve always been hesitant, to be honest. Do you think it’s worth trying as a supplement? Assume my diet, rest, and training are all on point. I wanted to ask because, aside from basic supplements, I’ve never used anything like Yohimbine before, and I’ve been doing this sport naturally. If I do experience side effects, what are they usually? Also, would using it 3-4 times a week on an empty stomach in the morning be enough?[/quote]
There’s no harm giving it a go. Starting low at 0.2 mg and see how you feel. Some people feel a little jittery at higher doses, but some people feel nothing. Some people find they feel ‘groggy’ after being on it for a long time, others again, feel nothing. If you build up gradually, you can stop if you experience any sides.
I would take it every morning on wake and do cardio afterwards. If you aren’t doing cardio every day, then just delay your meal 1 and keep your stomach empty for longer before eating. Carbs can blunt it’s effects, so if on days you don’t do cardio your first meal is protein and fat, then that would also be beneficial.

I am 19, and I was in a deficit the whole 2 years up until july, energy levels and training have been good eating at maintenance[/quote]
I would begin a very slow and steady gain from here now then. You’ve been dieting for a long time and you’re still young, so I would get a decent gaining phase in now.

A very productive rest day today. Catching up on work, odd jobs and getting the house ready for when my daughter gets back home this weekend. My husband is also home tonight from being away with work, so I’m getting a meal ready for him too.
I did a very early run this morning to avoid the heat and have just got back from a walk, so sitting in front of a fan right now!
