As everyone has stated, it’s a difficult one to generically determine. My advice would be to pick a number at the lower end (I wouldn’t personally go below 10 though. Smaller body parts can also recover from more), go with it and if you’re progressing and recovering well, stick with it, If you’re not progressing, but recovering fine, then add sets, If you’re not progressing or recovering, then pull back.
Hope that made sense!Instagram @ClareBarksPT | tb-jp.com/collections/clothing - The most anabolic clothing ever! |

2 or 3, depending on the equipment you have available and how many different variations of exercises you want to include. You can progress well using either.

I think this all
comes down to how high you set your goals.
If you just do bb for fun and don’t have competitive goals go for it. If you have comp goals alcohol has no place in your life.——

Depends what you’re looking for in particular.
Training and a calorie surplus are the number one tools for muscle building.
From a health perspective, a good multi vitamin and omega 3 are generally a good idea, but blood work will dictate whether you need to increase the dose of certain individual nutrients.Creatine Monohydrate is a supplement that you can keep in year round and is backed by studies to be beneficial for trainers.
Yohimbine can be used in a fat loss phase, but this will only add extra support when a strict calorie deficit is in place and adhered to.
Utilising an intra workout may also be beneficial, but not essential. This will depend on your current diet set up, goals and budget. A basic one would contain Highly branched Cyclic Dextrin and Eaas.
Caffeine can help pre workout for performance and focus, but not essential.
Anything else will depend on budget, your training experience, blood work, goals and how serious you are about bodybuilding and how far you want to take it.

Just pick a cereal that is high in simple sugars and low in fat and fibre. Rice based cereals are usually a safe bet. Avoid granolas or high fibre ones like All Bran etc.

From a Bodybuilding and Aesthetic point of view, the Adductors will add size and complete the look of the Legs. From a performance aspect, they are involved a lot in explosive movements.

Rest Day. Slept really well last night.. actually since supplementing with DHEA my sleep seems to have been really good (Possibly coincidence, who knows!).
Anyway, a very rainy, wet rest day. Just been to the hairdressers and now back in the warm for a cosy evening in. Deadlifts tomorrow 🙂

No ‘Generic’ choice really, just whatever suits you best in terms of digestion and energy for your workout. Typically high carb/pro and a little fat to enable a steady release of energy. At the moment I have Ground Oats, Whey and Raspberries, but also like Baby Rice, Whey, Berries and Coconut oil.
Same here. How much ground oats and whey do you have? And how long before you workout? [/quote]
My full diet is outlined under my log on the App, but at the moment I’m having 50g Oats, 30g Whey Isolate, 120g Raspberries and sea salt around an hour pre workout.

Firstly what job is it that’s caused you so many injuries!?
It’s a difficult decision for anyone to make for you.
If training is a big part of your life and happiness, then it seems that the obvious answer is to quit and move on, however you need to put your sensible hat on and make sure that you’re supported financially before making any haste decisions.

Upper today. I felt really good going into this session and was hoping to be stronger! I still pushed decent weight and progressed with the odd rep or kgs, but felt like there should have been more.. maybe I’m just being impatient and expecting too much (My name isn’t Corinne after all!).

Checked in with Jordan this morning. My bodyweight is up 1kg this week at 59.6kg, likely due to the var and the fact that my Menstrual Cycle is back in full swing, but I’m also beginning to resemble a marshmallow so we’ve pulled back on the Training day Diet slightly. You can find all the changes in the drop down under my log on the App if you want to take a look.
Upper Today 🙂

Find a decent Sports Massage Therapist. Chiros don’t tend to focus much on soft tissue work. Maybe ask for recommendations in your area on a separate thread?
