    just divide the carbs by the serving size (46 divided by 60 = 0.766, then multiply that number the the number of grams you want to alter it to, in this instance 50g. so 0.766 x 50 = 38.3g of carbs)

    agree with Claire, the cheaper option would be creatine/Peptopro and cyclic dextrin. Bulk powder do all of them at a reasonable price too

    I train late (8pm) and have my pre meal 1 hour before training, intra of 70g of carbs and pepto pro and just the one pwo meal 45mins after traing which is a good mix of carbs and protein, i find this digests better than having to cram in two meals in a short space of time and allows me to get to bed earlier than having to have two meals. Made good progress with this approach and feel the intra definitely helps my performance throughout the session too.

    So personally i would split that 300mg in to two shots, say 100mg tren 50mg primo in one and 100mg of test p and 50mg of primo in another. I use 6 different sites so would on the monday do left glute, left delt. wednesday right delt, right glute, friday left quad right quad then back round on sunday. never had any issue doing this myself but it is personal preference. the more sites your comfortable pinning the better though as the more rest your giving each site.

    As the guys above have said, i wouldn’t use it until the last few weeks before a show and then only run it as minimal as i could to get the results i wanted. Never used it in the offseason so not sure what the gains would be in that scenario, i am sure there are better compound for putting on mass offseason though.

    That’s rubbish reading your last comment Corinne!

    Being honest sounds like you could do with some downtime from it, to step back a little further and just evaluate, there might be a fresh perspective.

    You are far from done though, the best is yet to come from you of that i am sure. Besides you never truly fail until you quit and you don’t strike me as that person either.

    As long as the slipper isn’t attached to your foot lol that might not end too well.

    Sorry if i am being thick here but i don’t follow… whats different? the look you should be achieving on the energy output and energy input as it is?

    I know you’ll of looked at everything as possible cause and if two people can work it out i am sure you and Jordan can.

    i usually go with a wider/neutral stance on the laying hamstring curl and on another rotation do laying DB hamstring curl as i have to pinch my legs together to keep the DB in place, really feel it on the Adductor and inner hams.

    why doesnt leg press feel good for you? is there any particular reason? might just be the machine in your gym, i couldn’t get on with a hack squat at my old gym but my new gyms hack squat is spot on.

    I manage mine on roughly £60-70 a week. I bulk buy chicken 5kg £25 from the butchers cut it down to the serving size i want and freeze it. bulk buy rice and pasta 5kg of each is very cheap and last fair while, 1kg of 5% beef mince from lidl is £5 or so and white fish frozen from a supermarket is cheap as chips too. plus veg, bit of greek yogurt, coco pops (other cereals are available) and some protein powder and thats me pretty much done. Fair enough theres not alot of variety there but to be honest i dont need variety, i prep my food everyday so keeping things the same enables me to be more efficient and get it done quicker in the mornings.
