I am in the same situation, i train late 8pm due to family commitments etc I would just add if you are training late go easy on pre workouts that contain caffeine. Although i could drop go to sleep around 11 my sleep was awful and id feel beat up the next day, swapped to a non stim preworkout and problem was solved

What about a NOBBLY BOBBLY a cross between a feast and a fab! again to be eaten the same way as a feast and fab also. I too will have to wait until prep ends but my answer will be in essay form explaining the pros and cons of each flavour.
Awesome that you have booked your hotel, looking forward to seeing the package you bring this time round after all those brutal videos posted.
Ah good old prep eye, can be inside out peeled and still think your not ready… pretty much my headspace all the time on prep lol

This is my first prep using a coach and i went with Corinne and so far she has been absolutely fantastic, clear concise instruction, friendly, very knowledgeable, responds very quickly to any issues i have had and is getting me in great shape while maintaining my muscle mass.
Has taken all the stress out of prep as before i have always done myself, would recommend her to anyone.

Thats a very good point i think i will have to buy caramel and salted caramel and do a taste test, in the interest of this log obviously.
I agree with the container, maybe a banana split sort of deal would work well, however with two young humans the long containers keep them busy for a good ten minutes while they try and scoop out the chocolate sauce, parenting win.
hundreds and thousands give the whole sundae aesthetics as well as a bit of a crunchy texture, and yeah like little fudge cubes mmm fudge

Theres a food question so obviously i am going to join in here haha
1. favourite ice cream/lolly…. well they are two different things so i can have two different answer, twister (eat the ice cream,then the green bit, then the red bit) and strawberry cornetto mmmm
2. salted caramel
3. chocolate sauce at the bottom, chocolate ice cream, warm gooey brownies, salted caramel ice cream, butterscotch sauce, hundreds and thousands and fudge chunks

MemberMay 7, 2019 at 4:52 pm in reply to: Anyway to stop carpal tunnel symptoms whilst taking growth?I have deep tissue work done every 6 weeks anyway, when i told her about the issues i was having with carpal tunnel she focused on the area for a few sessions and it was good, Also showed me stretches that really help when things start to get tight again

@char_baby i had a similar experience importing pop tarts hahaha the addiction was real! i was offered one of these reeces eggs this morning but alas i am on prep so didnt even look up from my desk HA!
@corinne perfect logical, we are basically doing a good deed for the economy!

@corinne i can just see it now, PWO 3 pigs eyes and 100g of coco pops!

Sneaky Twix hahaha but it is defo a sneaky choccy bar too. i am yet to see the eggs in shops so am wondering if it was all an internet hoax 🙁
Your Nan sounds awesome, surely you can have pig eyes on prep haha thats the secret right there.

On the subject of easter eggs, have you seen the twix easter egg? its like two giant half egg shaped twix’s filled with caramel and biscuits.
but does a twix count as a chocolate bar? hahaha

Did someone mention pop tarts….
I went a little bit mad for them a early last year and ended up buying boxes off amazon, for the record the smores and hot fudge sundae are my favourite!
Also Krispy Kremes just a plain jam filled glazed one is my go to, not sure what jam they use but its the best jam EVER!

@LMG I train at a similar time and also want to get to sleep within 1.5 hours after training.
My PWO consists of 200g of haribo and 2 scoops of whey isolate.(i have a pretty similar intra to you too)
Only issue i have with this is not actually getting to sleep but waking up at 2/3am absolutely starving and find myself having to drink whey and oats.
