I had this exact same thing to the point my arm/hand would go to sleep and take some time in getting feeling back. I spoke to my massage therapist about it and she said it could be carpal tunnel syndrome (which can be sorted by massage) Anyway she worked on it and its now a lot better. If you can’t release your forearm muscles yourself try a decent massage therapist.

Moderate strength increases, beat my log book every week throughout the cycle but not crazy jumps. What i noticed more than anything was how good i felt on it and how stable my weight was when i came off, i literally lost nothing on the scales but was a bit softer.

i ran primo at 600 along with test at 500 in my last offseason. I really liked the combo and made some really good steady gains throughout the cycle. Kept a decent body composition too even when pushing the food quite hard and avoided all the issues which come with water retention. My blood pressure stayed in range throughout which i was more than happy with.

I found the DC style calf training really helped my calves to grow. Holding the stretch at the bottom for 10 seconds and squeezing at the top of the movement for 5 seconds to complete failure. Also sticking them at the beginning of my leg sessions helped me to really focus on the movement/contraction as i wasn’t fatigued at all.
