Hey Ste this is something to ask in the forums. There’s a forum based around anabolics and other PEDs. That would be the place for your question friend

I am 6’3 (roughly 190cm) and I was 167 lbs in July 2016 (I was a sprinter my whole adolescence!) I bulked to 210 by that December and held it for 6 months. I dieted down in a mini cut from July 5, 2017 to August 11.
I was 192 lbs on August 11, 2017 and I was absolutely peeled. I pushed up to 227 lbs by January 1st, give or take a few days, and held my weight in the mid 220s for two months to solidify tissue.I am currently also dieting down, as I added on a decent pocket of fat, especially around my waist and find it to always be a helpful tool. This time I am doing a full diet, 10-16 weeks (depending on derailments and my classes and if I feel I’m lean enough at the 10-12 week mark) and I can already feel my body wanting to start growing again.
Basically, what I’m saying is that it depends on where you are. You look pretty lean altogether for a bulk, and a mini cut (6-8 weeks max) seems smart to me. Good luck Martin!

MemberMay 2, 2018 at 8:39 pm in reply to: Mini Cut or Diet? …..ADVICE JP,SAS,JAMES,LUKE,CORINNE…..COACHESHey friend. I also am natural and always had trouble letting go of my abs. I love body building and realized I had to put some fluff on to gain some meat, especially as a natty.
Last summer, I went on a mini cut. I am now half way through my diet. The factors that changed my decision were as follows:
Last summer, I was only trying to lose about 5kg/12lbs and really tune up for my holiday as I was already pretty lean. This last off-season, I went from 87kg/192lbs to 102kg/225lbs so I was holding on to a decent amount of fluff (still am tbh) and needed to take a longer amount of time in order to maintain the tissue and lose the fat. So I am about 6wks into it and keeping steady on the progress. It really depends on how much fluff you have, what your goals are, etc.
From the sounds of it, based off of what you’ve stated, I’d say to go on a diet if you wanna be ripped for your holiday.
Another option is to do a mini cut to a relatively lean point you’re happy with and maintain it till/through your holiday if you don’t wanna be completely lean and are using this more as a way to start over/jumpstart your progress for the next bulk
