Knowing that each case is a case and decisions in the final week are according to the physicist’s response, in which cases do you like to use aldactone? Considering that it is a compound that needs to starts earlier, for example, what you look at and analyze in the physical to make the decision to enter with it…If there’s scope to be drier, I add a small dose and see what it does. If I dry out without flattening , can maybe add more, if start to flatten then I stop. IF the look is perfectly dry and hard, there’s essentially no need BUT knowing my physique and knowing i can use a little diuretic without ruining hurting the overall look then the risk is with it. But generally I think achieving the perfect or close to perfect look without diuretics is always a better option [/quote]

Sup Kuba, i am a Júnior classic Physique From Brazil and this is my physique, i am 1 Weeks post show planning my training division and I thought of something more directed to chest, shoulder and arms, being: Push 1, Pull / Legs, Off, Push 2, Legs, Upper (Start with arms), Off. Do you really think I have these muscles as a point to improve compared to others or do you think I should still work in a division that emphasizes all muscles in a more equalized way until I have a more expressive development and disproportions, such as PPL (3 on 1 off), UPPER / LOWER (2 on 1 off)
You have a very balanced physique you just need more size
You do not need any body part to come

Straight PPL OR UL is what you need imo

Hello vin , thank you .. I start with the most minimal amount of volume and then build up . Say for instance of legs
2 hams
2 extensions
1 leg press
1 hack
1 lying ham .
2 calf
That’s what I started with 7 weeks ago . I’ve already added a set on seated ham and another set on lying ham as I need to bring them up . The rest is still as is . I am progressing well and my legs already look way better . In fact better than my upper .
But at some point I’ll have to do more , I’ll have to add a set on that leg press .. I follow the same pattern on the other leg rotation.[/quote]

I will lower to 175 test 225 primo for the next 6 weeks just to give my body a break
Macros , I took them down to 560c / 400p / 60f td , 410/400/60 NTD
This saw me back to lean lean over the last 4 week tidy , I did that pretty fast , but I monitored performance over the period and still progressed lifts
I will immediately add 75c to both days , while I clear out and hold here during that period , then I will slowly take carbs back upto 900 ish where then I tend to max out now and don’t want to force past that as my midsection is now very acceptable , it won’t be an issue onstage
I lowered the gh to 3.6 , just as I was feeling too much general bloat in my gut from the water , I will keep at that and then highest I will do is add another 1.8iu , this keeps water down a ton , means i don’t need insulin too which also causes me a ton of additional water
I am very happy with my legs they look ok , upper is still behind what it was , i had so much muscle on my back lol , fuck knows how Long it will take to get that all back , but in here for it
