Hi, Colin. What dose Anavar did you take, and for how long? I want to do the same soon, what kind of results did you get? And are you cutting or bulking? Thanks!

250 would be high imo after that, you need to let your lipids recover , so 125mg test e , with double dose love heart and normal dose vital support for 6 weeks, check bloods as oral cycles really hit lipids hard and then if all is well, take the 125 test e , to 150 + 100 primo for that cycle
I was just going over what you said and I just wondered why add primo in with a low dose of test?
How is it better than say, 250mg of test? Just out of curiosity.

Hey buddy! How much Anavar was you taking and what was the duration of the cycle? 250mg definitely too much! I would base it off your last cycle you may be able to go as low as 100mg/week if bloods are good. As the lads have mentioned love heart and vital support will be key here as orals do smash your organs!

did 12 weeks, tapered up to 100mg and I’m back down to 50mg now, feel much better already.
I was planning to come off altogether. But thought if I’m already shutdown then why not stay on.
I suffer with low test anyway, around 11 nmol.
I’m 37 so age isn’t on my side. -
Fully agree with J here.
I would get my bloods done at week 6 on the test E 125mg.
See were all your results are and were your T level is and E2.
I would then base my new step on this results.
As long as E2 is not on the lower side then adding primo would be a very good addition to

Dam im getting bored of those on here saying oral only cycles wont work, are a waste blah blah blah.
Do you guys know how many Olympic gold medals have been won on oral only cycles and that before the world became junkies it was the norm in bodybuilding to start oral only.
Why risk an injection etc if your just wanting a bit of a boost to your physique. Immense results can be seen from dbol/tbol/anavar and winny only cycles.
Dam I must help 20-40 people get ready to to go Ibiza/marbs etc on just orals and would put half of these serious bodybuilders to shame in terms of condition sometimes.
In my opinion go with Tbol if wanting to focus on gaining size or Anavar if wanting to focus on getting lean and improving body composition.
From here if you decided you wanted to enhance your physique further you could look to injections but for most people the look they want could be achieved with orals, and diet/training on point 100%
If after doing an oral cycle and enjoying the results, could you go straight onto injectables?

Hey man, I’m 37 and feel exactly the same. I’ve been looking at running trt as the NHS are interested. Ive always had low test, my last reading was 11.nmol/l I even got to speak to an endo, he said that I have symptoms but doesn’t think trt is suitable ??♂️?
I want to go rohm labs but my source doesn’t have any.
I’ve already had my kids but I feel like I’ve slowed down in life and training is becoming alot harder. -
I’m currently taking MCT but may have to stop due to the stomach cramps and bloating.

@drdeanstmart @hilly @jordanpeters I’ve been taking supplement needs Berberine and ALA one does of each pre carb meals (post workout, and post post) when should I be testing my glucose? It doesnt seem to be dropping much two hours post meal. i would say I’m well hydrated with 4-5 litres a day. Diet is clean and steps are around 8k a day. training 5 days currently.
levels stay between 5.9 and 6.2 I cant seem to get them to budge.
I have used the water and salt tip first thing in the morning and it does drop slightly.
I would appreciate any advice or is it time I visit a Dr? -
Although your waking levels are not in a worrying level they are on the very top end of normal and I would be focusing to improve this.
Better carb choices and more balanced meals.
Increase in exercise and overall daily activity
Reduced overall daily carb total.
a supplement like berberine, ALA, chromium P or the new trainedbyJP GDA that has it all ine would be fantastic dosed with your first and last carb meal.
