Good Morning, my fasted levels were 6.3 this morningafter a 14 hour fast and a pint of water and salt as per @drdean recommended.
At what point would you be concerned?
I have lost a stone in weight recently and blood sugars were fine before the weight loss.
Carb sources are usually rice, 5% chips, and cereal post workout.

To be honest, watching JP’s videos he recommended primo first and then nandrolone, but there isn’t many people that recommend deca and I don’t fancy pinning every two days. Primo is expensive, so then there is EQ but some people say don’t bother, so it’s all quite confusing I can see why people just go for test/then lol
