Yes that’s correct, there is plenty of info easily available on google, and JP have some great videos for beginners make sure you go read and watch them. People don’t mind helping you out as long as you understand the basics first.

I’m currently on 4200 calories on a training day. I do actually feel a little more hungry this afternoon but after training today and for mid morning was a killer to even look at the food. I’m sure I watched a video of JP that said of your aren’t hungry don’t force it down.

It’s mainly whole foods, meat, pasta, rice, veg.

I’ve just ran gentech but wasn’t too impressed so went onto sis labs which felt better

@jdh thank you, only been on test e and that’s what I will continue to cruise on. Thank you for the advice though.

If there is any advice on length of times cruising I would love to hear it. I really want to make the best of these 12 months

Hi Corrine, this is the information I want to try and obtain really, this is my first attempt at it with the aim to compete next year. The is a lot on different forums but all different ranges and users with dosages a lot which are crazy some say a few months cruise and some say a few months.
