Re: Bicep Tingles…could this be a form issue and/or going too heavy when you feel stronger?
The bicep tingles would happen on my first sets of back work then subside by the time I did my second back movement, however I felt like that negative sensation feedback was taking away from my ability to apply effort to back off the rip.
