Take the sldl out of chest and back , don’t lower back load there and instead add a machine row . Add a leg curl to legs
The rest looks good to me 🙂
Okay thanks I appreciate it a lot.

Thanks all the comments but I decided I will do it in 2026 when I have more muscle and overall size

Hiya Connor,
I agree with both Kuba and Clare! You’re young and have a lot of muscle building ahead of you. Ideally you’d have more before competing but everyone has to start somewhere! Keep in mind there are often competitions (depending on federation) that hold First timer and Junior classes/shows that are really great to help you gain some experience with a little less pressure! Keep building your physique but don’t be afraid to take that step.
Let us know how you get on 👍🏼
Yeah for sure. I will post when I’m peak bulk but I got stage lean before and I felt I didn’t have enough size then so want to have ideally 8-10 kg of muscle extra before I get on stage

Ideally to give yourself a bit more time to add some more size, I would aim for 2026. However, there’s always an argument that you’re never quite ready and there’ll always be room for improvement, so if you just want to gain some experience and see if you even like the whole competing world and stepping on stage, then it’s completely your choice as to whether you want to go for it sooner.
Thanks Claire I will put that into consideration but I just feel like I don’t have enough size myself. Especially if I want to go into something like classic physique. I appreciate the advice

Right now I don’t think you quite have enough muscle, I would aim for 2026, push up now then do a diet get lean push up again and then prep
Thanks kuba I really respect your opinion and I was thinking the same if I was honest but I appreciate the honesty
