If you can only afford one, then get JOIN-IN. However, the full joint stack of JOIN-IN, CURE-COMING and OSTEO PRO will offer you more extensive benefits for bone and connective tissue health, as well as systemic inflammation control.
Thank you 🙂

If they are a standout weakness , one set takes such little effort that I would do it . But the realism is , Eveyrhjng is a weakness when someone is doing fb , so unless you are super desperate to bring up shoulders first , just stick to a set of an overhead press and you will be making good progress
Cheers Jordan 🙂

You have asked as if there is an absolute answer
Train a muscle = growth
How you do that , is then upto you
The sessions are frameworks . You now have a question that you want to see if works better for you , so try it . There is zero risk as training = growth .
A lot of the newer guys to this seem petrified that they must get it right or they won’t grow , but there is no right . There is just lifting , progressing lifts and then growing . So do that , and figure out the smaller details along the way
Hi Jordan , just replying as I don’t feel like this question warrants a whole post, would you programme in any side delt work on the full body split?

Hey
I would put the incline press after your laterals, reason being you’ll probably find the pull movements take away from your incline press with it being towards the back end.
Same with the other uppers move all pressing to beginning. Just my opinion.
Is your whole lower weak? This will determine how you structure your leg days.
You want to bias your weaker body parts at then start ideally.
Instagram chloepickford_ifbbproYeah lower is pretty shambolic as a whole and sweet I’ll do that for the upper days

Just adding on, back is also a weakness of mine along with side delts hence the order of exercises , OH stands for overhead for the tricep extension and this will be my first time ever running ULR and looking forward to it 🙂

I’ve been cutting for 16 weeks as of at the minute, I haven’t had any refeeds as such but have had an off plan meal every two weeks at 1k calories a time so not really stepped off at all since beginning.
