Yes I agree with hilly, omron is a very popular blood pressure monitor.
Blood glucose, any off of Amazon are usually fine.

I believe omron is the main brand for blood pressure monitors or the most popular and what I have always used.
BG – I have never checked the brand on any machine I have had so cant recommend here

You are always better off adding more fibre in your last meal rather than first thing imo. We don’t want your digestion slowing first thing if anything you want the opposite

Hey Connor, I take all of my vitamins etc first thing in the morning regardless if I’m training in the morning, afternoon or evening!

Have you ever known people to get gas from acv I’ve had terrible gas all day and the only thing I’ve done different is have acv this morning? Gunna trial tomorrow by having it again then o won’t have it Wednesday just to see [/quote]

Hey Connor, my morning drink would consist of:
1 Serving Join In
10g Glutamine
10g Creatine
1/2 Lemon
1/2 Grapefruit
25ml Apple Cider Vinegar

5 g creatine
1 lemon
30 ml Apple cider
Sprinkle salt
1 L water
I do normally go for a walk upon wake and drink 1.5l of water on the walk so I’ll probably implement this drink on my walk then thank you! I see people normally do warm water or does that not really matter?

Until recently I was a oat milk drinker but I’ve dropped it for water and it hasn’t bothered me.
If you’re not concerned with the calorie comparison I’ve found the “barista” oat milks to be the best tasting
I’ve seen the barista ones about I’ll have a look

I always opt for coconut – I prefer the taste and find it goes in coffee etc better.
Or just use lactose free milk
