Just use normal sea salt or the pink Himalayan one

Good morning guys!
Check in day like every day
After weight had stagnated at around 253 before cycle five or take 1/2 lbs we are seeing an increase with no other changes aside from re introduction of anabolics
The look is getting better so I feel we are on track ?_________________________________________

Don’t eat too close to bed time to interrupt digestion or too far away that you’re hungry.
Limit fluids an hour before bed.
Write down anything that’s on your mind before sleeping and have a notepad by your bed incase you think of anything you need to remember that could stop you sleeping.
Sleep in a well ventilated, cold and dark room.
Don’t stare at a phone/laptop screen before going to bed and avoid watching anything overstimulating on tv.
Turn off or use dim lights in the evening.
Avoid or limit stimulants after midday.
Try to train earlier in the day.
Some natural sleep/anti-stress supplements could help._________________________________________

I wouldn’t do any free weight exercises, so stick to supported movements which don’t involve loads going through the spine. I would stay in the higher rep ranges too and keep form strict.
Seated Leg curl
Adductor
Leg press
Abductor
Single Leg leg press
Seated Calves
If you have access to a belt squat, this may be possible to do, but as with anything you do, stop if you feel pain.
