    Just 8-10 rep ranges usually mate and no forced reps or intensity techniques! Food has gone up this week typically it stays static [/quote]

    Measure out the raw weight for all meals, cook it, then measure it equally out over 4 meals once cooked.

    When you do deloads are you just hitting top sets keeping the weights same with no back off sets? And still trying to progress reps
