Any chance of a physique shot soon? Or are you done with sharing that sort of thing?

wbat is up guys! i hope everyone has had a gd xmas period!

lets get some chatter going back in here!

fuck me this log is a rollercoaster isnt it , i wonder if other peoples minds are like this? but mine seems more so, because i have been transparent the whole time? or im just fucked lol , either way, we shall keep moving forward ( if anyone has a compass for forward, please send lol)

what did i learn this year:

i love bodybuilding, but maybe even more than j ever realised. It feels like it keeps me extremely sane, eating 5 meals a day, planning my day around my training , and focusing on lift progressions.

i really tried to love the other martial arts i did this year, and i do think they are amazing ! but for me, it doesn’t come close to BB , part of me wishes it did, as it would be healthier and a simpler existence, but it doesnt , so that is that

i learnt that muscle comes back FAST lol! like holy shit

so i am back at 282 , i did not try to get to that weight , i was 233 6 weeks ago, i decided then to recommence my previous process , but i dont need to use excessive drugs, so did 500test and 500 primo for 4 weeks, as before this dose doesn’t sit well with me , so week 5 i changed to 350 test : 650 primo and then week 6 250 : 750

i have now dropped to a cruise dose of 100 test and 50 primo , i will do this for 4 weeks while i diet

the 282 doesnt look anything like before , but i seeing as i gained 50 pounds in 6 weeks, its not bad!

it will take me 4 week tidy, then an 8 week steady push again, then another 6 week tidy then another 8 week steady push and i will of surpassed previous muscle

the goal if im entirely honest is to compete, win my pro card, get my feet on a pro stage a couple times and then just enjoy training , BUT that idea is extremely scary to me now mentally , i havent been able to get onstage since 2018 , because of the pressure/ expectation, but i love this and its a goal that i have had since i was 18 , i cant give up on it , and i can do it as healthy as poss

i literally couldnt care less if you dont like my choices here, dont bother telling me, i will block you so fast without it even registering in my head , i am doing everything for me! im just as always trying to document it all, incase it helps others!

from a health perspective, im 34, zero plaque, zero liver or kidney issues, perfect lipids and zero joint issues! i have LVH, but literally every BB has this , its reversible and not a worry for me IF im competing , the downsize before was because i couldn’t see myself getting back onstage

stepping away made me realise, i was big! lol i didnt see it at all, which is odd, but now i can look at those old pics and go, ok ye i was big lol. SO , im confident i can compete knowing its unlikely i will be outmuscled , and that my size will make up for a lack of flow in some poses! i just refused to accept that before as i didnt see the size being a strength enough, strange how that works

i want this so bad, like i dont want to be 45 when my body cant do this anymore and have regrets! i just wish it was easier in my mind

i dont know how much i wilk share on insta as its just a fucking vile place sometimes and when your head is like mine, its a tough place to share

im back in therapy for literally all of this. to make sense of a lot of stuff, it helps a lot

a comfort zone gets villified often, but what is comfort if not a positive state of mind where one feels safe or fulfilled? in isolated senses, i get it. to progress you need to be uncomfortable. on a lift, in business, etc. but in a more encompassing context, i think knowing your lane and what makes you feel happy and fulfilled is the foundation that you need to have before progress can even be discussed. just makes me happy to see, dude. really really happy for you.
This sums it up. You can tell in the way you’re (Jordan) writing now that you’re back!

So many things can affect this day to day. Might be worth getting a retest to confirm. Are you actually getting symptoms? Try to increase it naturally imo first

I would love to see a members’ video or YT video on this once you feel in a place to discuss everything in more detail. Similar to some of the other just chatting ones you have done with Corinne. Obviously no pressure!

A very good, strong Leg session today. Managed to progress on everything. The cold weather is still very frustrating as I’m wearing 100 layers and still not warming up, but it is what it is, so I’ll stop banging on about it.

Diet changes that I made as of yesterday are posted below. I don’t aim to push bodyweight back up too much, but I don’t want to be dropping as I have been. I weighed in at 60.8kg yesterday morning. I’ll likely aim to get to and maintain around 62kg up until my surgery in January.

TRAINING DAY DIET
MEAL 1
2 whole eggs, 240ml egg whites
PRE WORKOUT
100g COR, 45g Whey Iso, 100g blueberries, 10g coconut oil
INTRA
20g Sustain (Sipped throughout)
20g EAAs, 5g Creatine (30 mins into workout)
POST WORKOUT
120g pineapple
140g cooked chicken, 80g rice, veg
MEAL
140g cooked chicken, 320g sweet potato, veg
MEAL
100g Oats, 35g Whey Iso, 20g 100% dark chocolate, 100g raspberries

REST DAY DIET
MEAL 1
2 whole eggs, 240ml egg whites
MEAL 2
120g pineapple
140g cooked chicken, 80g rice, veg
MEAL 3
100g COR, 45g Whey Iso, 100g blueberries, 20g Almond butter
MEAL 4
130g 5% fat cooked minced beef, 320g white potato, veg
MEAL 5
140g 0% Greek Yoghurt, 150g banana, 20g macadamia nuts

Hi Clare – hope you had a lovely Christmas and are feeling better. I’m just catching up on everything. Do you happen to know how many calories you’re eating and the macro breakdown? What’s your current expenditure/cardio? I see that you’re having surgery (I hope that all goes well) – is there likely to be a long lay off from training etc or should you be ok? Thank you!

what is up guys, small checkin from me, the last 4 weeks i have been enitrely back in Bodybuilding mode , just nothing makes me as happy training that way, progressing lifts that way, pushing that way. Been a great month of training and i have regained a huge amount of strength very very quickly.

Not sure on what my goals are next year other than keep focusing on what makes me happy, whatever that may be .

im still grappling a couple times a week, its fun , but it just doesnt come close , for me, to lifting

Have you changed anything TRT wise based on this? Or still on 125 a week under the management of the clinic?

Hi Asrar. I noticed that you wrote a post in the forum agreeing to continue this cut for a bit longer to put you in a better position to begin a gaining phase, how is everything going with that?

I have to say that after following your progress from the beginning, you’ve done an incredible job so far.

I completely agree with everything Clare has said here! You’ve done an amazing job and should be extremely proud of managing that alongside your new baby!

My bloods are good on the JP natty stack so it will be fine for continous use.

Did you just go straight from TRT to the natty stack? What was the impact/how has it been? Thank you

How are you feeling now? Are you fully over the illness?

Would also be interested to hear how this launch week combined with the golden Monday offers has gone business wise!

Ideally as far away as possible, but about 3-4 hours either side should be fine

I would look to make sure execution is perfect before looking at other factors.

What were her thyroid values? Also keep in mind the hair growth cycle is about 3-6 months, so anything that happened then will be starting to show now I.e. the stress from prep and dieting. I would expect in a further 3-6 months that (given she is full recovered, getting the correct nutrition and managing stress appropriately) that hair would strengthen again.

Mr Peters I’ve studied with avid interest your U tube education and training videos, subscribed to this site and we’ve employed the services of Mr Hector to coach my training partner through to his next show using this push/ pull / lower split which I’m now of the understanding that a lot of the top athletes advocate . My request if I may is keep these posts coming. We’ve started the split even moved the training around as you recommend and feel fucking amazing .diet is good sleep is great .and we’ve binned the wives so reduced the stress .we just keep looking at the notifications eagerly awaiting the next video .please hurry 💪

Read the log. Jordan is super busy and also not feeling too good. Give him some time. There are a huge range of videos to watch on the site that will be of great value in the meantime within the education section.
Fair enough . Will he reply to me in the future then ? As I’m new on here and I’m not so familiar with it all ,what log do you mean read ?
This space we are in now is Jordan’s log. It is effectively a journal for him to document all aspects of his life and topics discussed should therefore only relate to that (all JP athletes have their own personal log that you can read and learn from).

If you have a more general question or want some personal guidance, then write in the forum section under the appropriate sub-category. Jordan and/or the other JP athletes and/or other members will then chip in with their advice. Jordan’s log is not the place for that.
