Post recovery phase cycle
Blood work : 1 week pre show again ✅ and I was extremely happy you can see my bloods on previous page guys – 7 weeks post show I will re test and post for you all to see. Below is what I started today.
– 2 iu gh pre bed 2 iu am
– 100 mg t4 25 t3 2-3 weeks
– 62.5 mg test e eod
– Telmisartan 40mg am
– Metformin 500 with m6
– 200 mg l carinitine with pre workout meal
– 10 mg melatonin pre bed
– 3 caps insure with m1
Full health stack from TBJP nutrition with double dose of love heart am and pm year round ( this I believe improved my HDL in prep)
Have you had any bloods done on this yet? How does your estro look? What is typically the highest you can push Test without needing to add a DHT derivative to manage estro? Do you find that the telmisartan takes care of water retention issues? Thanks.
No, my estro will be high. The readings from blood work I couldn’t care less about. I want estro high at this point I will run it as high as I can without sensitivity around nipples
I found this is the highest I can go without unwanted sides, water retention is welcome, telmisartan at 40 ticks it over but doesn’t “take care of it “ I want it high, people just mistake fat for water retention too much. For tel to really make a diff with water you’d need 80, I will probably go 80 once I go back on cycle.
Blood work next is getting done on 13th
That’s really helpful. Thank you. -

Hi Kuba, if you had to divide your first 16-week off-season Push by dividing it into 4 meso cycles as you discussed with Joe in the last podcast, how many grams of peds would you use in each mesocycle in your specific case?
I won’t be doing it this way, my escalation will be real small my cycle will last 24/5 weeks but doses will remain small to moderate bud it will be a very similar model
Do you have a rough plan for the compounds you will use? Test and mast/ primo? And why would you pick primo over mast or vice versa? Thank you! -
Is the water retention typically intra-cellular or extra-cellular? I.e. do you look bloated? Or just more full? Thanks.

Really strong pull work today , very pleased indeed ? , I am the end of my 4 week down cycle phase this week , it’s been 4 weeks of 75mg test ( actually happy about this ) and 200mg primo . My sex drive has now officially died though , like I can’t even feel if I own a penis level of died haha! So I can officially say 75 test to 200 primo – is not ideal , but the fact my strength hasn’t budged at all is very exciting indeed . I will go back upto 150 test and 700 primo when I crank it back up , if that isn’t enough test I will go to 200 / 250 . I’m only willing to try 150 because it’s been at 75mg now ( will be swapping to dimensions test as I haven’t heard anything back from rohm to say what they have don’t to fix the test e , I will be totally happy to use the rohm stuff still as long as they fix it / can pinpoint why that happened ) .
Sticking with the rohm primo though? Thanks

Would you say your back improvement, especially lats is due to exercise execution rather than volume etc? I think I heard you mention you had actually reduced volume on lats but could now properly train them. Thank you

Hey Kuba.
Just listened to your podcast with John and Luke on safer use. It was great.
On the podcast you mentioned starting with test and titrating for affect without sides. Then adding GH as the potential next pathway, rather than the generic ‘you have to earn the right to take GH’ rhetoric that is used.
Taking that into account plus the last couple of messages on your thread here, would you therefore suggest that if funds allow, then addition of GH is a good next step for a second cycle? Keeping test roughly the same as the first?
I hope that makes sense. Thank you mate.
Yes or even add a very small amount on the first it’s absolutely the smartest move to seek growth from as many pathways as possible to not drive anabolics higher until needed
Thank you! That is super, super helpful. My understanding on GH is limited (something that I will look into more) and the old school BBs seem to not refer to it as a growth promoter but in your opinion it a really good aid for gaining muscle/ aiding body comp to some extent and keeping things healthier and general recovery? -

Good morning guys, no change in diet and no changes at all aside from re introduction of gh and weight is trending up nicely.
Tomorrow will be my first proper check in post show so will share some pictures here. I feel amazing, each day I wake feeling better right now jumping out of bed at 4;10 each morning 20 minutes before my alarm bed time remains latest 8 pm this is my favourite routine so this will continue getting adhered to as it makes me feel best and means I can start working at 4:50 where my brain has best capacity for work
Weight today 243.2 and food for me is pretty low no change since starting last Monday at all.
Blood sugar 3.7 this morning hunger still extremely high but managable
I will asses tomorrow at the check in and move forward
You mentioned you won’t be using any 19 nor due to blurring the look and you can’t see a true reflection of what you look like. Do you think GH has the same impact in terms of water retention, or do you not think it blurs the look? Thank you
No the water retention from gh is sorted via using telmisartan, so I don’t experience the blur. Plus quality gh doesn’t add this much water just fullness.
Thanks, that makes sense. Do you also find GH helps with sleep? -

Hey guys. So it’s been a very productive few days. Body is starting to level out and really show signs that my electrolyte balance is on point and I’m holding less water. Looking tighter and feeling better too. Working hard in my sessions and feeling positive going forward.
Yesterday I had a day off plan which is my last at 7 weeks out from my show. Had a nice late breakfast. One of my favourites. Smoked salmon, eggs, avocado on toast. From then we chilled at a beach club and just had some sisha and a few diet drinks then moved on to Asia Asia where we had a really nice sushi and grill meal. Finished off the evening with some cookie dealer cookies and ice cream. Felt amazing. Woke up full as a house. 2lbs heavier and full as a house. No water retention or blurred look. If anything tighter and Calum agreed. So back to plan today after an awesome push session. My pump was incredible. And it was very strong. I’ve hit every session but 1 so far in my new training split which will be tomorrow where I hit back. Abs I’ve been hitting everyday too which im determined will make a difference on stage. Never felt this focused and motivated to win my show in Spain before. I fly back in 5 weeks. I’ll see my final week or so in the Uk then fly to Spain and do the do !!
Sorry for the lack of updates but yesterday was a day off and I needed it. My family needed it and now it’s go time.
Ok s below are yesterday’s check in. This mornings wake selfie and post workout pumped pics.
Hey mate!
Firstly, no need to apologise for the lack of updates. Family always comes first, it’s great to see you back with them and noticeably happier in yourself.
Please may I ask how you work out the necessary details around the electrolyte balance? How do you determine you have the right ratios etc? And what are the ratios/amounts of sodium and potassium you are currently having?
Thank you!

Hey Jordan, I’m pretty sure you are still doing hard cardio regularly (based on you touching on it very briefly a few pages back), but please could you outline exactly how it’s set up at the moment. Thank you!
-
Hey Kuba, really enjoying your recent content. Especially you opening up more about emotions etc. it is very refreshing.
Please could you outline what the recovery phase/priming phase will look like? In terms of body fat you’ll aim for before beginning the push, fatigue management etc.
Thank you!

Hey buddy! Out of the choices above I would probably do with Medicare. However Jon has a point! Don’t expect miracles from any.
Thanks, Louis! Have you used Medicare before? I only want to use 2iu daily added to TRT.

oscar!! congrats man! been following u since 2019 now and to see how much you and jordan progressed together as a team is just speechless. definitely deserved win and undoubtedly ur best physique this whole season!!
whats the plans now? accepting the pro card?
would you mind sharing with us how you guys peaked for the last show? water, salt, diet, diuretics if any.. would be interesting to know since the physique was much crispier and dryer than the other shows!thanks man and once again, congrats!
Hello mate, thank you very much . Yes I accepted the IFBB pro card that I won .
And the plans now is just to focus on improving my health , focus on dropping fatigue mentally and physically. This is going to take some time .
Once health markers are in place, mental fatigue is dropped and the body is ready, we will push again like we have the last 8 years or so. We won’t sit on a pro card.
There’s work to be done and we are ready to do it. ?
Hey Oscar. Amazing work on winning the pro card. Thoroughly deserved from a physique standpoint, and although I don’t know you personally, the esteem people like Jordan and Kuba hold you in show you’re a great guy too. Please may I ask how much total time you have had away from training after the win to drop the fatigue you were carrying? Thank you!
