    I’ve just had 10 days off training due to covid. It’s not the end of the world and all won’t be lost, so don’t stress over it. Your operation and recovery is priority right now and you’ll be able to make progress again. Whatever your maintenance calories are for you right now, I’d sit just above this to help with recovery and make sure to eat quality, nutritious foods. Keep on top of your health supps too. Movement will help with blood flow, so depending on what you’re having done, if you can get some short walks in outside, then this will help both physically and mentally.

    Then once you’re able to train again, go back in at baseline volume, re-set your numbers and gradually build back up, assessing recovery as you go. Your strength will soon come back.

    That would be 600mg. 300mg per week would be 2 x 0.6ml for 250mg/ml

    Hey mate, this is super simple. 300/250=1.2. So just work out what you would need to use for 300mg/ml then multiply it by 1.2 and that’s the amount you would need for your 250mg/ml.

    Hey mate – in the actual city, you’re very limited. Third space is probably your best bet for equipment, but it’s pricey.

    Glad to see everything seems to be going to plan as you approach the last few weeks.

    Quick question regarding pulls, as you’ve obviously moved to a deadstop conventional recently. Do you think you’ll keep this in post-show when you go into your improvement phase or move back to a touch and go?

    Would be cool to hear your thoughts on both.

    I would personally let estro start to rise a little , so not take anything for the first week , then I would add in 12.5mg aromasin on the 2 days I pin the 150mg and see how estro sides are from that addition – so your at 300 / week split 150 x 2 and 25 aromasin per week split 12.5x 2 . If that’s not enough aromasin , could then try 37.5/week taking it mon/wed/fri at 12.5 each

    In the most recent video on the site, Corinne mentioned you dropped primo for her comp prep 2 weeks out from the show. Curious to know what the reasoning is behind this? Can there be some water retention? Or something else? Thank you

    Hey Jordan, hope everything is going well with you.

    I saw you write on another post about doing 150 T and 100 primo as your next cruise instead of the 250 T.

    Do you think this is most likely healthier? I’m guessing this will also mean no need for the sporadic Aromasin use too?

    Would be interested to know any of your other thoughts behind the decision, and if you think this sort of thing could be run year round and keep blood work in a very nice spot.

    Wow! That’s a big difference from last year. I’m extremely excited to see what conditioning that brings, especially with the extra muscle you have added!

    Hey mate. I’ve had this same issue for a number of years.

    I think a lot of it is once it happens a few times, you think about it every meal and that anxiety around it makes it worse.

    For example, if you swallow a few times now and think about swallowing, even with no food or water, it becomes harder and harder to swallow.

    My advice would be to make sure you are calm before eating, don’t rush your meals and to eat ‘easier’ to swallow foods initially until you are able to remove the overthinking around it.

    It can also be linked to a number of health conditions, so please go to your GP if it persists.

    In regards to me guys, I’m taking a U turn on my plan to up bits , after this weekend being st that show , it just answered a few more questions I may of had about holding onto the muscle I have . I’m totally fine now to let that go , I’m not going to shit on something I love dearly , but unless your up there on that stage doing well or making gd money and a living from what you do, I think making very sensible health choices at the right time is important . I saw some pics of me with others that they tagged me in, I look tired and aged WAY more than I am happy with now .

    Test down to 125 from now, it’s the only way I will get much lighter is to lower it to there because I can hold a shit load on 250.

    This sounds like an extremely sensible choice, Jordan. I’m glad to hear your clarity of thought is there on this and you’re comfortable making the decision.

    Do you have a goal in terms of a weight you want to get to? Or will you just play it as it comes?

    Any changes to training or cardio? Guessing you’ll still go all in on training, as always?

    Holy moly that session ruined me! But man it felt good, pinned some primo yday , so we are off , was a bit undecided on dose but in the end have just gone in with 100mg / day alongside my prop, using rohm, as I know you guys will ask. I have some genotropin gh en route that I trust , so I will use that too as it holds very little for me , 3iu per day max but I won’t start at that, will start at 1iu and increase based on g.I feel , if it causes me g.I issues I will drop it

    Leg press x 11 x 7 x 5 x 16 ( got way too carried away on the heavy set , got away with it , won’t do it again lol )

    Pendulum x 5 , drop set fuckery

    Lying ham x 6 x 5 x 5 drop 6

    Eccentric stiff leg x 3 – this seems random , but I’m just maxing out the pull frequency atm ready for the primo to hit when I scale back the frequency and the strength will rocket haha , I will pull 3 times this week

    I’m hovering around the 262 mark still, I don’t expect my weight to climb at all really from the primo , Should just recomp a bit , get stronger and then probably need to up my food a little as a result , which will help me gain more strength .

    We fly tmo, feels SO good not being nervous about travel because I can walk through the airport pain free lol . When I was 300 pounds and we went to Australia with Luke in 2018 , I had to be wheeled through Abu Dhabi to make the connection flight as I was just too heavy to walk the 30 + mins needed haha , never , ever again lol

    Is there a goal from using the primo? Or more just a little added oomph in sessions and a more polished look?
