Decent session yday , keeping the focus on the high rep work

I tried to re add some gh again for a few days but the black tops I have just cause me so damn much water retention , that the bloat is crazy , so I’m just going to totally sack it off unless I can get some legit pharmacy grade stuff – so by that I mean pharmacy labels on, me KNOWING they are the real deal , like I was lucky enough in the past to get a couple times

So as I mentioned my recent blood work I was super happy with , I have had an ingrown hair /infection on my right ham which just saw my crp higher than usual for me and then slightly elevated white blood cells – normal for a small infection . That’s nearly cleared up now alongside upping my curecoming so I will retest blood work again and then that will see the whole of that panel in a nice spot , just with HDL still a bit low which will take a bit longer, Im going to double up my love heart dose which I think will get it spot on fairly quickly

Interesting on the GH. What IUs were you attempting to reintroduce at? Do you notice a big difference when taking vs not? Thanks

I just had my best ever blood work, highest ever egfr , lowesf hematocrit, lowest hemaglobin, lowest liver enzymes , lowest hba1c , lowest LDL , my HDL still wasn’t back to where I want it but it’s the best it’s been ever on blood work , I’m very very pleased

Great to hear, Jordan! Has this changed your next step plans at all? Or will you continue as you are, get more bloods in X amount of time and assess again? Thanks

Thank you! Do you have any go to brands that you would recommend?

I have access to Medicare, Lilly Humatrope, Pfizer genotropin, hygetropin.

Medicare is obviously the most cost effective – is this good to go?

Hi Kuba, enjoying following along. Please can I ask, when you used to have the banded SLDL in, do you think this biased your erectors/upper back more so than the same movement not banded? Thank you!

    Hey buddy

I would personally back load insulin needles and administer outer quad and side delt.

Pretty painless and likely hood of scar tissue also very small medisave is amazing and KUBA10 gets you ££ off

Please could you share a picture of where you go in on the outer quad? Thank you

Hey Kuba – how do the SBD sleeves you’ve been using recently compare to your old strength shop ones? Thanks!

Woke up at prep low 289 after a week of pushing

Perfect timing as I see Jordan in person today

Travelled to Cheltenham last night to stop in an air bnb so I can prepare for the session today with no early travel drama

One meal in, pre meal goes in at 9 and then we hit push at 10.30

    Let’s get it ??

Enjoy! Will this be being filmed for the site or your YT? Thanks

    Hey everyone

    Today’s push session

    Atlantis shoulder press neutral grip

    Flat prime

    Dip

    Incline cable fly

    Push down

    Atlantis lateral

Hit some pbs, took 5 pps for 6 on Atlantis with stupid depth so super happy with that.

Time to keep driving it forward

Biggest take away point for me is not doing too many movements that provide me with the same thing, literally a waste of time that cost me so much progress in past

Hey Kuba – what’s the difference/ reasons behind the neutral grip shoulder press? Do you prefer this to a standard grip? Thank you!
Think about the goal, I’m trying to train my front delt and clavicle. Elbow path has to reflect what your bias is, traditional shoulder press isn’t a great option for upright pressing, forces your elbows into a position it isn’t really meant to go in taking away from challenging the muscle intended and puts unnecessary pressure on ac joint. See it all the time, people using the normal grip on upright pressing and forever have shoulder issues. I want big delts not knackered shoulders
Thanks! Appreciate your response and explanation. I’ve got access to a similar piece so I will give this a go.

    Thanks, Jordan.

    They are 15 x 10, 15 x 10, 30 x 8, 40 x 4 for the 52s, with the 40s warm up replaced with 42.5s for the 55s set.

The 55s are also noticeably longer, which could also play into it from an awkwardness/balance perspective.

    What would you suggest?

Hi mate – they’re made by Prime and are called Kaz handles. Searching that in google should give you some buying options globally.

Hey mate – do you think you’ll aim to stick with just steps as expenditure this prep? Or will you play it by ear and potentially add some CV if needed? Thanks!
