Yes – so now work the new weight up to the top end of the rep range and then make a jump in weight. Rinse and repeat.

Mr Peters I’ve studied with avid interest your U tube education and training videos, subscribed to this site and we’ve employed the services of Mr Hector to coach my training partner through to his next show using this push/ pull / lower split which I’m now of the understanding that a lot of the top athletes advocate . My request if I may is keep these posts coming. We’ve started the split even moved the training around as you recommend and feel fucking amazing .diet is good sleep is great .and we’ve binned the wives so reduced the stress .we just keep looking at the notifications eagerly awaiting the next video .please hurry 💪
Read the log. Jordan is super busy and also not feeling too good. Give him some time. There are a huge range of videos to watch on the site that will be of great value in the meantime within the education section.

i dont get any eatro issues from trt, but equally i dont take my shots on time, so i do less than 100mg a week most weeks , feel great though, if you have estro issues then control them 🙂
Have you had any bloods done with the clinic since you started? I know everything will be spot on but just out of curiosity to see where your numbers are?

I believe Jordan and Corinne are going to be adding a standalone greens along with a combined mineral and multi to the line. Therefore I guess they will likely replace it.

That’s quite a lot of volume around the meal. Could be the issue -
As I said above – look at the hair growth cycle timeline. It is not a case of what you do in the moment having any sort of immediate impact whatsoever – it takes time and any disruption to the cycle could be caused by a combination of a myriad of factors.

You posted this formula before. It’s not ‘bad’ to have EAA in a carb product if they’re appropriately dosed but this isn’t at all. Just get a solo carb powder and put it with your own EAA/MPS.
