    CJ if you have 2 rotations of leg workouts you could do both to be honest. One on each . Maybe rotation 1 have pendulum as your main movement & rotation 2 have a leg press to start then follow with a high rep hack squat or as vice a versa .
    OR
    You could rinse the pendulum then move to the Hack after or as vice versa. ?

    Thanks for the input, Oscar. I only have one leg rotation at the moment so I think the second option is what I’m going to go for.

    Hi mate
    I think as Clare eluded to, now (when gyms open) is a perfect time to switch given you’ve had a dedicated block with the barbell squat
    It’s good that you have a strong foundational strength with a barbell, but you likely will be able to work that bit harder on a machine variation as you don’t have the same technical and setting up demands that come with a free weight movement

    Hey guys. Rest day for me today. A busy day on the client front and really just trying to rest as much as possible to try and get fresh with as many 30-60 min naps as possible.
    I swapped out cor for jasmine rice today just to see if if Would help digestion from lack of sweetener but it invoked no change on that front. I always digest the cor superbly but It was worth a crack.
    Meals are infront and im on track for an early night which was todays goal.

    Just caught up on the last few pages. Glad you’re on the way to feeling better! Look after yourself, don’t push too hard too soon! You know once you’re back in the groove things will progress very quickly.

    Thank you! I have discussed with the Dr regularly and tried various protocols of reducing HCG dose and using AI but I still get the sides!

    It has essentially got to the point for me where it is a choice between live with the sides or stop the HCG and worry about fertility later down the line.

    It sounds like from what I’ve seen on here that fertility would most likely be fine, and from what you have said just then without even using HCG etc.

    I’m definitely leaning towards stopping it as you mentioned.

    Eaa 30 mins into the session drunk immediately ( 25g eaa sits fine in 200ml water ) . Then you nail the windows perfectly . This is what Corinne does. ( I would too but flavourings/colourings atm are making my stomach an issue )

    Thanks guys, that’s very useful. Would you say that because it is around the training window that the muscle full effect is less of an issue? Therefore, if I had my pre meal 60-90min prior, then my intra and my pwo meal 30-60 mins post session, this wouldn’t be negatively impacted by the muscle full effect? Thank you!

    Hey buddy! I split into 3 x jabs per week. 1ml Test Cyp and just under 0.5ml equipoise on a Monday, Wednesday and Friday. Adex taken Monday and Thursday. Anavar 20mg AM, 20mg PM daily!
