Hi Connor listen to the whole video . Jp explains that lead with lat work for the foreseeable and the reasons why .

Hi Adam, I did watch and listen to the whole video, hence why I am asking Jordan how it compared. He might have tried it and actually preferred the first session. Thanks

How did this compare to the session that was in the most recent video? Are you going to stick with lat work first from now on?

Will we see you barbell squatting this bulk? You hit some huge numbers on your last

Great question, I won’t be, but I will be Safety Bar Squatting. Safer & an exercise I really get on well with.
Is this decision purely connection/safety based as you mentioned? Or are there other elements like Stimlus:Fatigue ratio & more quad dominant etc? Thanks!

Hey Jamie !
What’s the new split ? And what’s your priority for the coming years in terms of muscle development ?
Thanks !

I’m doing
Shoulders
Back and hams
Off
Chest
Legs
Off
Off
Repeat
Priority is upper thickness and extra hammies ?
Split feels amazing so far
I’ll document some workouts tomorrow cus there brutal ?
Is this two rotations, Jamie? Therefore coming back to the same rotation every 14 days? Thanks!
It’s not buddy no it’s only one rotation with a slight tweak here and there on 1 or two moves across the entire split
It’s interesting to see how long I can progress these moves week on week but all good so far and I do like the challenge of that ?
Understood, sounds good! Looking forward to following your progress this year.

Recap on yesterday’s leg session
Very very good one in the books progressed on all lifts and tidied some up.
No forced reps at all for now I don’t see the need to be adding any, the stimulus created from this set up alone is enough for me to continue growing without adding anything that will accumulate extra fatigue.
Got to say @jordan-peters has seriously nailed this program I am beyond excited to nail it for this season. Smart and carefully thought through move by move. ??

Very much enjoyed your latest YT video taking us through one of your leg rotations. Would you be able to go into more detail in a future video in terms of setting up the bands and the rationale behind their inclusion in certain movements. Thanks!

I like it too mate. Plenty of room for recovery here, so if well programmed should yield some great progress

Great! Thank you.

Sounds very good to me ? I also have 4days training a week and 3 days off so I am running 4 diff push days and 2 legs 2 pull sessions as push is my weakness

My set up is the exact same as this, as push is also my weakness. Thanks for your feedback.

Nothing wrong with this. Most of us will have 2 rotations of a split, so will come around to the same session every 10-14 days depending on the set up. I’ve recently changed my plan which sees me training on the same days each week with 2 rotations.

Don’t see any issue with that at all, something I do often with clients Connor!

Thanks, AJ. Much appreciated.
