Depends how spaced out your pre and post workout meals are regarding needing the EAA. If they’re less than 3-4 hours apart then you’re probably fine, if not an additional MPS spike from the EAAs is going to be beneficial.
The carb is slightly different – it’s not just a case of adding it elsewhere. The HBCD intra is to provide performance and recovery benefits that aren’t achieved just by placing the carbs into your pre meal. Trial a session without using them and see if you notice a difference versus having them and then make your decision on a cost-benefit specific to you.

You’ll likely be back into the physiological range given a 7 ish day half life for enanthate but some of your other markers may be slightly suspect

I don’t understand what you mean. It’s not good lol. It’s complete bunk

250 should put you around 60-80 nmol/l roughly. I would switch back to what you were taking at a lower dose or use another lab and then retest in 4-6 weeks.

How is the illness? Have you managed to get over the hump of it or is it still bothering you?
What was it like watching Corinne? Were you impressed (even given her ridiculous standards of being able to pick up everything)?
Is there any progress with the release of the new supps you mentioned coming up?
Thank you!

How would samples help your issue? You’d have to pay taxes to get a couple of samples

I think you’re missing the point of the product. It’s about the quality of the ingredients and what purpose the product serves, not to taste good. To make a product taste like squash with that packed ingredient panel is very, very difficult. If you just want to drink something that tastes nice during your workouts then have squash or a sweet carb powder, otherwise realise that MPS is serving a purpose not just trying to taste nice.

There’s absolutely no way a legit 250 test is giving you 9 nmol/l

It’s the best all-in-one on the market imo. Stim, focus and pump ingredients all at clinical dosages using patented raws. Doesn’t get much better than that unless you start stacking a few products together.

Based on what you have said and basic maths:
20,000/5,000 = 4 packs
5000iu / 1ML bac water = 500iu per 0.1ML
So 0.4ml is 2000iu

The new YouTube venture looks great! Clear to see your mindset shift already from the first video vs some of the more dated educational videos you have done. Will be really interesting to hear the ‘new’ perspectives on certain topics.
Will this change anything with this site?
Additionally, how did you find the Arnold? I know you hadn’t been in many crowded and intense environments in the last few years and had mentioned you were happy in your own bubble just cracking on. Did you find any elements of it challenging/positive?
Did this then contribute to you feeling pretty beat up on the 28th as you mentioned and having to rest more? Or do you think not having the eat up during that week might have also contributed?
Thank you!

These situations are literally not comparable at all in the ‘muscle building’ context you refer to.

I would hold your calories around maintenance and look to progress in the gym. If you are a beginner and slightly de-trained after your surgery then you should be able to gain that muscle back whilst also losing fat/maintaining your current body fat level. Then once you have done that consistently for a number of months you will be in a better position to make a hard commitment to push up or diet before a push up.

What does your diet look like in a day now Jordan? Saw pictures of you at the Arnold’s and thought u looked incredible
