It’s a case of eating enough to keep in a surplus to grow and managing your recovery to ensure your training performance isn’t affected and you can continue to progress. You need to be mindful though that our bodies are very good at adapting to what we’re doing, so when you transition into a cut you may well have to do even more output to get results, which will be more difficult to recover from in a deficit.

Thank you, Clare. So essentially if I’m still progressing my lifts in the gym with the high expenditure outside of it then I’m managing things well and don’t need to reconsider things for the time being?

Look into the hair growth cycle. There’s no way such short term changes make a difference, this will be you overanalysing imo

Would you say you notice a tangible benefit from the ElevATP in the hydration product? And if so what are those benefits, when are you personally using it and is the benefit noticeable in both weight training and fitness/fighting sessions? Thank you

    How old are you?

I think 1.2iu will have no impact on health (in a positive of negative outcome) – it probably just replaces your endogenous hgh, which is around 1iu (depending on your age..)

Nowhere near, even at younger age probably produce 1/4
Do you mean 1.2 units would be 4 times higher than natural production?
2/3 times at least
100% agree with this my igf1 marker and growth hormone are both double the reference range
Please may I ask the main benefits you feel you have had from this? Thank you!
me personally, fat loss is just insane i noticed it very quickly , sleep quality is insane normally anything can wake me up but i can literally sleep so deep. lastly muscle fullness is incredible. even when on low food the muscle fullness is just so full lol i suppose due to the igf increase

but yes its a incredible compound for sure
Thank you! Great to hear! Are you just doing it all pre bed or splitting am/pm?

Tor , I’m just seeing what I Can’t and can’t recover from buddy. That was a stand alone leg session so did a few more sets instead of combining it with the back work I was doing , but next time will do the back work too , as i need to start doing stiff legs again , as I couldn’t with the arm , so that session will look:

    Stiff leg x 2

    Deadstop leg press x 2

    Leg curl x 2

Step up or split squat x 2

    Pulldown x 3

    Seated cable row x 3

    Calf raise / leg raise

    Then the other is:

    Chest press

    Chest iso

    Tricep press

    Tricep iso

    Side lateral

    Rear delt

    Bicep

    Ab , calf

That combo seems to fit best for me , that then I can drill and roll straight after and then be gd to do whatever I do in the evenjng .

Today is the push stuff , then I want to run after , so won’t drill much bjj today . And then tonight is back to back classes boxing and then Muay Thai .

    ……

Elevate atp is in our hydration product 🙂

Ah amazing – is there a release date for the hydration product and next month’s other additions to the supplement line or just a case of seeing how things play out with shipments etc? Thank you as always

I wouldn’t worry about losing muscle in this situation. Keep slowing coming down in body fat and making sure your performance in the gym is good. Then you will be set up for a longer and more productive gaining phase rather than having to diet again too soon. You’ll be glad that you spent those few extra weeks getting that bit leaner.

You’ve made a lot of progress, well done. If you feel like you can keep dieting slowly and continuing to train well as you have done, I think getting a bit leaner will put you in a better place to then begin a push up in body weight.

Hi Jordan. I remember you previously talking about ElevATP as a supplement. Is it something you have been trialling or have trialled? What did you think of it if this was the case and is it going to be included in a product coming in the future? Have been reading around it a lot and studies point to pretty significant benefits. Thank you!

Hey Hilly, I hope you are feeling better today!

I was searching the site for info on L-Glutamine and digestion. I saw on a previous post you recommended taking it every morning on an empty stomach and noticed significant improvement. Is this something you still do yourself and recommend to clients? Thank you!

hello buddy, I am finally thank you.

Yes its something I do religiously and have all clients do.

glutamine is fantastic for GUT health, from my reading it directly helps the lining of the stomach heal from damage through inflammation etc. its not expensive and I have seen direct results with myself and literally hundreds of clients.

Its one of my staple supplements year round for all.
Brilliant. Thank you!
