Would be really interested to know which of the JP supplements you personally use at the moment and if your meal set up is going to change at all given the slight change to training set up? Thank you

How was last night, Jordan? Did being so close to things give you any insight you didn’t have before/can get from watching on TV? Did that light anything inside Corinne to work towards that? (I would absolutely love to follow her journey closer too – I know she is super busy but updates on her more frequently would be amazing). Hope you enjoyed some good food too – where did you end up eating? Thank you!

Based on how this phase is going and what you have learnt, how would you have approached CV/fitness work during your bodybuilding phase? Frequency/intensity/style etc. Thank you

Tsh will lower and t4 will raise into range . Production of natural thyroid won’t halt, tsh won’t drop out of range . Your doc will adjust dose based on attempting to achieve this
Thanks, Jordan. That’s very helpful to know it’s essentially just giving a helping hand rather than fully shutting it down and replacing it. Appreciate it.

What does your current blood work say? That’s the most important question
I have slightly low T4 and raised TSH. I’ve been prescribed low dose levothyroxine from an endocrine consultant after a year or so of observations – which is the dose I will go with and then assess based on the 6 weeks bloods they have asked for. I just wanted to understand the mechanism of action, and to if this will shut down my natural production or just help top it up? Thank you

Hey Jordan. Hope your week of training has gone well! I was just curious if your thyroid replacement was still in place, and if so are you doing this self-prescribed or is this now Dr prescribed like your TRT? What dose do you take if you haven’t dropped it/what did you take if you have? Thank you!

Hey Kuba, I hope all is well.
Is your approach to replacement level of thyroid still to start with 100 T4 and 25 T3 and then get bloods done to assess?
As mentioned I just want to aim for mid to upper range and believe this is what you have previously said would be a good starting point, but just wanted to check.
Thank you!
Hey bud
This is largely dependent on your metabolism, in most people this is the dose that would put them in mid range, mid to upper generally does require slightly more t3
This is based of seeing countless blood work values with these doses but again there are outliers with this some need more some get away with less [/quote]
Sorry – just to follow up, is there a best time to take the T3 & T4? Fasted, away from caffeine or food etc? Thank you -
Using a cuff can help reduce tendency for the bicep to take over – but remember, no exercise is a must so if you just don’t get on with flys you don’t have to do them. Pick exercises that work for you and you can progress safely.

That’s when stable levels should have been reached, and therefore you can make a more accurate judgement.

Arnold’s U.K
Are you and James bouncing ideas off each other still or is it simply just you offering him a great environment to be in?
Do you think he can do something special this season based on what you’ve seen?

Thank you – I will give this a go and run bloods and see where it puts me. This is something I think I am going to need as a replacement dose forever, so mid range sounds sensible. -

Lots and lots and lots of products won’t be what they say they are! The main way to counter this is using patented raws! As then it becomes a legal matter instantly , as let’s say I have a patented raw, legally I then have to have the right product at the dose in it, or the company that make the raw , can sue me. It’s called a patented licensing agreement . I don’t think there are any other companies with as many Patented raws as us! The reason I buy them is they are pharmaceutical standard and assured. So basically stick with companies that focus on those and you know you have a company that cares about its quality . It’s one thing saying it, but unless your raws are that, it’s just empty words
Very interesting and quite sad for the industry really! Will stick with products that fall into the criteria you mention. Thanks as always.

Hey, if you have seen it, what’s your take on the Turkesterone testing info that has come out? I know it seems to particularly be the US. Do you think this is commonplace in the supplement industry across lots of products? And also seems to be much more prevalent in the US, with UK brands being much more reputable and trustworthy?
I know you put an incredible amount of effort into your supplements, so it would be interesting to hear your opinion on the industry as a whole and if lots of products aren’t what they say they are? How can consumers protect themselves? Plus any other thoughts or insight you have.
Thank you

What are you rep ranges? If they’re 10/15 reps you could just take the weight to 20/30 reps until you’re ready to then make the full jump of a plate and get 10/15 and repeat
