    Thank you gents. Much appreciated. Will certainly look into options. Worst case scenario I just have to hop back onto trt at some point in the future.

    To me it seems likely your E2 and potentially prolactin is high and this is causing the Acne flare ups although its impossible to confirm without a hormone blood test.

    I would Drop your dose down to 150mg tests bring in 100mg primo – I would then monitor how you feel and how the acne is over the next 5 weeks and then check hormones via blood test –

    You can then use this information to better design cycles moving forward

    Thanks fellas…I will certainly take your advice and start the transition. Should there be any taper off of mast/test or go straight to the test primo dosages?

    Hard to say without actually seeing your bloods, we also don’t know your age, physique, diet, Accutane would be a last resort for me ad a way to get it under control, all that set a side 200 test 400 primo or mast would probably put you in a comfortable position and then go based off of bloods weather to taper up or down

    This is my current physique, I apologize for not including it. I feel strong, joints feel good, just feel like I stretched this cycle out for about as long as I could. Would like to find a spot to settle then make another push.

    I’m currently 26 5’11 and around 200lbs. I’m from the states so in kg I’d be about 90
    Eating around 3000 kcal on off days and between 3500-3750 on training days. Diet is dialed in and has been no issue.
