So based on this pic I would use the first phase of the cycle to cut and get. Little leaner before then reversing into a growth phase. I would bring the drugs in and simply sit were you are with food and asses body comp changes.
cycle looks fine but IMO 100mg tren would suffice
GH – I would have 4iu pre gym on training days and pre bed on rest days.
Reta – based on experience with clients I would start at 2.5mg per week – split over 2-3 doses or you can micro dose daily. I dont think it matters to much when you take it but personally I have not ran it myself to confirm.
You can continue with your HCg if you find it useful for yourself

When you say bring the drugs in during the growth phase do you mean up to dosage of the cycle?
Tbh I’ve been on a perma bulk my entire time in the gym, coming from 135lbs and having abs (and ribs) showing my entire life lmfao. It was always my goal to try to put as much weight on as possible without looking “fat”. This will be my first time attempting to start from a lower BF%
I plan on doing a 20 week blast. How would you structure or approach this cycle if it were yourself? Weeks 1-20
