I’ve been keeping blood flowing by walking where I can and gonna get it checked out soon. Again thank all of you for the advice, it really helped! 😀

I’m hoping it’s not gonna be too severe but I’ll just have to work with whatever it ends up being

What does, “and the rest fat” mean?
We can’t know if the carbs are too low if we do not know any back story to your plan.
A good general rate of loss is 1-2 lbs per week
I think he means the rest of the 1900 calories are fat, so 200g protein, 135g carb and 57g of fat in this case

Sounds good, when adjusting would you change calories and keep macro ratio the same or reduce one specifically?
