    Hey Juliana, I have had great results with the implementation of Metformin in both Fat loss phase and Off season growth Phase. Its benefits in a growth phase are
    reduced inflammation
    Increase in fatty acid oxidation
    Reduced insulin resistance
    Better cholesterol balance increase HDL, reduction LDL
    I had a clear change in body composition for the better, and my health markers on bloodwork improved.
    Meaning the ability to stay in a prolonged growth phase whilst being “ON” so we can make as much progress as possible

    Oh Nathan, thank you for the detailed answer. Did u notice any sides from it?

    So it is worth it with a higher bodyfat level?

    Rest day today , friends came over and we cook some nice beef together, no cardio today, just need to bud food for next week and that’s it

    I posted a transformation pic today on my IG, which made me feel very happy, bc I always struggle do I really make progress. And these are 6 months apart , I would say I stayed pretty lean for my first real offseason

    The left pics was about 4 weeks out from my first how ever last year and the right one was yesterday.

    Smashed legs today, did supersets in any exercises, I do pretty high volume and do typically do 2-3 rest days after a leg session like this. Trained about 3 hours, and the extra carbs in my intra shake really helped me today.
    Rest between sets was about 60 seconds.

    6 x 15

    Hyperextensions
    Sissy squats

    So then we are now 10 days out from Sweden pro qualifier

    Plan is in – were pushing pure condition for this show

    We’re going to run pro fats in a small deficit from now – my body reacts very quickly to zero carb

    No direct cardio to reduce lower body inflammation buuuuut steps at are 20k so it is what it is

    We’ve increased anabolics somewhat from the oral perspective and added in 40mg halo daily – we’ve also pulled GH now as we’re looking to push for pure condition

    Current cycle:

    Test 300

    Mast 1500

    T3 50

    T4 100

    Telmisartin 120

    Winny 100

    Anavar 100

    Halo 40

    Proviron 20

    Clen 80

    Yohimbine 20

    This is my peak load and I’ve only been at this for 3 weeks. We started at the start of prep 14 weeks ago at cruise dose and titrated up each week so I had the benefit of each anabolic increase inline with the one increase in deficit over time.

    I would start with 400 test and 200 primo and tapering up until 8 weeks out for example 500 test and 400 primo (weekly).

    Anavar I would safe for the last 4-6 weeks between 30-50 mg daily.

    At 8 weeks out I would replace primo with masteron, let’s say 500 test and 300 masteron.
    Long esters are fine until 4 weeks I would switch to propionate.

    I wouldn’t start with anastrazole, go by bloodwork, but if possible start at 8 weeks out and maybe bump up the last 4-6 weeks pre comp.

    If your diet, recovery and training is on point, this should be more than enough.

    Agree above, at least eod, gully’s preference during off-season is mo/wed/fri which is fine too, it just keeps your hormones more stable , so you have less sides when it comes to estrogen and stuff like that

    So we dropped out the EQ for now and only do masteron P and var on training days.
    I feel amazing on it and strength is going up, also I need a little less sleep than normal.

    I want to stay as feminine as I am and do maximum cycles of 6-8 weeks and than 10-12 weeks completely off.
    I take love heart and vital support year around and bloods after Alicante were nearly perfect.
    My blood pressure this morning was 112/75, I’m fine with this, keep cardio in year around for 20 mins daily.

    Off day today, really try to implement more and more posing on these days. I think this is what really makes the difference when it comes to muscle dense and hardness on stage.

    But first 6 hours drive home, this means tuna and rice cake day

    Nice session today here in Essen, trained for 2 and 1/2 hours, warm up was 20 minutes walking to the gym, post workout 20 mins walking back to the hotel.
