Thank you Layla! I will introduce comp lifts in the next few weeks and see where I am at strenght wise (my old PRs where 190kgx6 in squats, 240kgx3 in deadlifts and 120kgx2 in bench, so will see what can I do now with more muscle ahha). Also I will adjust volume and probably the Split once a tried a couple sessions (maybe an UL rest will be better in this scenario). Regarding the weight class, it’s not a problem for me to go with the higher one, I already programmed a cut in may (before knowing of this comp), but at this point I will decide considering my condition.
