im making headway on my house…walls are painted and wallpaper done – so happy….lots more to do but im bored of waiting so just doing this my way haha

CORRECT to the above…I am ‘scared’ of this pace….I feel very behind

had an Ingman ladies meeting yesterday – dairies confirmed – November and December are SO busy for us, as im sure they are with most families….have my comps to factor in too …I wont bore you with the specifics of the schedule…as genuinely that would be a little odd ad VERY boring lol

whats more powerful – aas or food?
definitely increasing strength as usual in prep – kcal deduction has been very minimal which I don’t even notice to be honest
its been the slowest prep to date – so definitely the latter

I was really pleased with how they judged it tbh….as they favoured condition
I find it amazing to see all the athletes on that stage – it blows my mind…I cant wait to actually go and watch one day
there were a few girls that I think should have been higher
sheronica – although could have been sharper
penpraghai – literally beautiful – BIG BIG aspiration to look like her….I left her off of the above list which I shouldn’t have -but again if she was 3/4lbs tighter I think she would have been in the 1st call outim not a huge fan of Heather Grace’s physique so she wouldn’t have been in my top 5
Jennifer, I like her RDB but I think she is beatable form other angles
I prefer Dany to Natalie so would have switch those 2 placingsall just a matter of opinion though of course

@morning_iron – he just seems nice tbh and trains with passion….I like to around and involved with good hearted, interesting people…I have no time at all for arrogance, rudeness, selfishness, or those that have nothing beyond the eyes (so to speak) etc….so generally when I ‘like’ people its because I find them kind natured – im intrigued by his personality, focus and work ethic …SO nothing to do with training….more to do with subjective measures

although I don’t think im OCD….I would just call it committed 🙂
Dana – I was never into her look that much – ridiculously cool delts, but not a lot else and she didn’t get into nasty condition
@morning_iron – I wouldn’t want to train with someone who just trains the same as me…so it would be good to try something else (in this imaginary world where I train with lots of cool people haha)

@Jdh – to reiterate….me and @Andrea spoke before about favourite looks/ physiques….exactly as was said, i prefer the more classic look to the denser/compact look…I kinda feel like Michaela is more a small bodybuilder, than WPD in terms of structure.. she is literally one of the best people on the planet in my opinion and I will make sure that one day we will train together – SO TO CONFIRM there is not some kind hidden negativity between us 🙂
I definitely feel most of you have answered Q2 as if i asked ‘which female BB do you fancy a bit?’ haha
