    @Mitch – I can feel super cool here and say that Iain is beautiful both inside and out…bottom is insane…and he was such a kind man…he was with his mum who is also very cool and knows so much about BB its insane…she has been to EVERY single comp he has ever done!

    by default, Melissa must be equally as lovely….plus she is stunning

    Ronnie – certainly a character! haha but I thnk id rather watch the session then train with him 🙂

    @jdh – still using both gyms…just Jordan cant do legs in xtreme as the angle of leg press kills his glute injury

    @johnG – obviously I am a lady of many layers haha

    @Todd – haha buuuuut in fairness I would happily be a pescatarian – I love seafood and eggs, im not huge on meats, I like them but prefer the ocean

    @jordan – I like this approach

    to add my view here….I would never place carbs at meal 1

    reason being…I want to remain insulin sensitive – and I find body composition stays tighter with a pro fat meal 1

    I do….
    meal 1 – pro fat
    pre workout – pro carb, very small amount of fat
    intra – pro carb
    pwo – pro carb
    meal – pro carb, very small amount of fat
    pre bed – pro fat

    so today we trained push
    my god, my body is smashedddd….I have doms ON doms…I kinda like it haha

    deloading next week but got a few good sessions left in me

    so I took my t shirt off today – Jordans jaw literally dropped…now that sounds awfully big headed haha but he can confirm this….I of course and unhappy until im lean…I still have a fat bottom and bout 20 lbs to drop BUT I can see and will acknowledge that there is a ton of cool stuff going on…I have never been this developed before in my upper body…Jordan was very excited which was nice as he NEVER gets excited without reason (@Jordan)

    so…I am 10 weeks out…and doing alright….got some diet changes to start on Monday, BUT im guna see if I can start those tomorrow….simply because Monday is a rest day and im not changing my rest day diet….so I don’t want to wait til Tuesday! – I will however do as im told….

    @Andrea – honest answer, I like them lol – on gym days I like whey pre as it goes with the ground rice, pwo I only have some whey as the protein for that meal is 60 in total…on rest day I have more fish/ prawns and less egg whites ….pudding stuff sounds perfect to me….im getting a blender asap

    looks like japan and ice land are up there on the wish lists….I agree with both of those
    and south Africa….id love to go there

    @Eymen – welcome! national park sounds idyllic – I would love that…and new Zealand is on my list too 🙂

    I really don’t like living in ‘grey’ industrial places….living in crewe / stoke on trent wasn’t for me at all…nor was Birmingham when I lived there…cities are fun but I prefer the countryside or the seaside….I need peace

    @Tyler – welcome to the thread – all macros have been covered, if you just flick back a few pages and I will update as I go…diet hasn’t changed for a while but it will do next week I think 🙂 – I don’t really understand the concept of a % – the body isn’t a maths puzzle, you have to react to it not set it into a formula….and I don’t crave ever anymore….so I have literally no idea how to help there other than generic answers – but yes to malta! sounds like my kinda place 🙂

    @Kippy – never even heard of bequia! ill be googling that one later….what sent you to Luanda? you seem very well travelled….and japan YES…would love that too…im actually big into motor sport, my dad was and is so I grew up with it…he raced jaguars…ive actually got a racing license too 🙂

    @Matthew – I would love to go to Canada….why was Beijing so bad? id like to visit china too as it seems to be a very interesting place…and oz, yep I can confirm that Melbourne is fantastic 🙂

    so I thought I would do one of those update things….just of all my training day food in detail so you know how dull I am 🙂

    meal 1 –

    MORNING SUPPS
    curcumin, omegas, d3, quercetin, NAC, vit c, calcium pyruvate, primrose, krill, astaxanthin, ubiquinol, charcoal, citrus bergamot

    eggs and egg whites – boiled
    cucumber
    sauerkraut
    greens with a tiny bit of whey in it
    coconut oil
    sprinkle or salt and cinnamon
    HOT COFFEE
    HOT LEMON AND LIMES

    meal 2 –
    whey, mixed into a paste with a little bit of coffee in it and put in the fridge (would be freezer but currently I don’t have one)
    ground rice with a teaspoon of stevia and a little salt
    fruit – orange, raspberries, apple, pear
    coconut oil
    COLD COFFEE

    train –
    peptopro
    aminotaur
    raging full
    kamikaze about 30mins pre

    PWO SUPPS
    calcium pyruvate, magnesium, lcarnitine, ashwaganha, cordyceps, rhodioala

    pwo –
    egg whites – into a bowl add hot water and microwave – in a big glass bowl
    salt, pepper and cinnamon
    salad (cucumber, sauerkraut, pickled onions, sweetcorn, beetroot, carrot) – all added to the bowl
    little bit of low sugar ketchup (30g)
    salt and cinnamon (obvs!)
    rice cakes – I have 2 of these with jam on the rest will be savoury
    banana – this goes on the rice cake jam plate….the yellow little cath kidston one
    rice crispies
    whey – I put whey in a bowl and add hot water to a paste….then I poour on the cereal and then more hot water – I use the yellow cath kidston bowl
    HOT TEA WITH SWEETNNER AND ALMOND MILK

    meal –
    egg whites – same as above
    salt, pepper and cinnamon
    rump
    prawns
    cottage cheese
    white potato
    chopped toms
    salad (cucumber, celery, lettuce, sauerkraut, pickled onions, sweetcorn, carrot)
    ketchup – 30g
    fruit – orange, raspberries, apple, pear, banana
    COLD COFFEE WITH ALMOND MILK

    pre bed –
    egg whites – same as above
    salt and cinnamon
    whey&casein mix – this gets added to the side of the hot egg white and mixed to a paste
    nut butter and pecans/walnuts – this goes on a separate plate
    HOT SUPER DIETERS TEA

    PRE BED SUPPS
    curcumin, omegas, d3, quercetin, NAC, vit c, calcium pyruvate, primrose, krill, astaxanthin, ubiquinol, charcoal, citrus bergamot, ashwaganha, sleep stack from supp needs, cordyceps, rhodiola,

    in the night –
