    was SO nice to meet Beth today and her boyfriend George….and im not just saying tht because they read the thread haha
    they let me know talk a lot, which is nice, coz I can go on a bit…beth will definitely be competing this year even thought she says she wont…haha

    they are both disqualified from the ‘guess the weight of the pig’ game – very Charlottes webb / country fair

    also I found out Matt is part of the study, hes a friend of ours and also one of Jordan clients – but mainly a friend…so I am absolutely going to hit a lower BF than him – just for self satisfaction points πŸ™‚

    hello everyone

    so I have a busy week coming up…

    tomorrow – off to notts for the SCAN!! place bets if you would like to join in my pointless game πŸ™‚
    we can guess weight AND body fat percent just to spruce it up!

    the recap…last weigh in was 12TH JULY
    I weighed in at about 10.30am – this time it will be 1.30pm
    last time I was 17.4% fat and 84.4kg (I think..ill have to check the precise number)

    so ill be gone 11-5 ish tomoro….the house will be a wreck…ava is a live wire and boy just she love to poop! which naturally cannot be seen by Jordan eye….

    Friday training – then food prep

    Saturday training then off to woolacombe with the fam a lam….that will be carnage too…my family is massive as I think ive said before…so we have booked a week, sat to sat..BUT I really cant be away for a week….so im going Saturday about 6pm ish, arrive late…then ill be there sunday, Monday and Tuesday (ill be training early at THE GYM BRAUNTON – anyone ever been there?) ….Wednesday im going to Newquay to see Katie…some of you may know her…she is top dog with liquid sun rayz…but she is a very good friend so im going over for a mate date…then ill drive back late Wednesday….so I can be back at home on Thursday ready for super worky work day!

    really looking forward to it

    luckily my dad Is behind on some deadlines SOOOO he has been wonderful and offered to look after my babies whilst he stays at home…ill be writing a HOW TO manual…eating time is particularly challenging! sure he’ll be ok….and by that I mean Im really not sure at all! haha

    @kippy – glad you found the humour in it…and also the total irony as Jordan is literally the opposite to a ‘gym bro’ haha – training with joe was fun…a ‘leg press off’ has been proposed between myself and him…Im regretting this instantly haha – but itll be fun…ill make him go first of course!

    @jdh – agreed with that….I do use plan templates with a lot of clients, so I have a full body, upper/lower, PPL etc all saved that I update as I learn…when I start with someone I will alter that basis to suit them…as you say, someone tells me they really don’t get on with smith squat…that wont be in the plan…someone has a crappy shoulder joint….that work in that area will be higher rep lighter weight etc – but there are only a few plans and methods that I truly believe in so of course my clients will have similar plans.

    also if someone comes to me and is a real beginner…I have a beginner plan….and then over time we will work out how it needs to change…you have to start somewhere and then its a case of altering in sync with development if you see what I mean

    BUT I find the personal aspect comes more with the communication and observation of the coach over time…the development of the relationship and a trust.

    i really like to have good relationships with the people i work with…sounds sad, like i do this job to make friends haha but in seriousness, its important, when they get beat or feel shitty, have something personal going on, i genuinely feel sad / worried about them…a lot of people will come and go, but there a handful that i get to know a little better and i really love that…i would far prefer to coach just 10 people i really clicked with then 100 people who were faceless or didn’t feel they could talk to me.

    I worked with someone for a longish time and now they are actually just a friend, i wouldn’t call them a ‘client’….we clicked extremely well over time, so now we just bounce ideas about diet/training (as well as a lot of other random crap as you can imagine!) – its not rigid / formal coaching anymore…so that’s also really cool – its hard to find like minded females in the industry

    yeh I know….reluctantly felt I should update with some form of training…but more than happy not too – ill go with demand haha

    thank you both for the nicety – its all just priority really…..having a coach is a luxury….and it depends on how much you want or need to put into diet and training as to whether you need a coach…I think its quite fashionable to have one now…im sure many people employ Jordan as they just want to say that they are Trained BY JP – kinda gym bro tag

    equally its a lot of money, if its just a hobby…6.99 on this site may be more fitting to the level of info or interest you need or have in the field

    so I cost what I cost based on the industry/demand – im less than Jordan as im less desirable from a social media perspective and im a female
    – knowledge, experience and achievement, we are on par – BUT that’s not how the industry works

    so bottom line is…hire me if you want to…if im too much, hire someone else….if you do it to be fashionable hire a BIG name

    simple πŸ™‚

    and im 100 percent happy and respectful of all of the above and all coaches that genuinely try and do provide a thoughtful and personal service

    really good session – joe trained with us too..he is one of our clients but lives here – was great to train with him actually

    I did…

    machine side raise – 4 sets
    high inc HS press – 3 sets
    shoulder press – 3 sets
    dips – 3 sets
    pec dec – 3 point rp
    stretch
    inc lying cuff – 4 sets
    cable front raise – 3 sets
    single arm tri pushdown – 3 sets
    DB skull – 3 sets
    stretch
    abs
    calves

    everything felt very accurate – so that’s good…I don’t like push as much as it lacks the sadistic elements haha BUT smart training not silly training is the way to go

    I can promise that I will keep on being honest and I will keep on struggling too (haha)

    noted on the scan bet – itll be this week I think, was meant to be Tuesday but as I altered my training, im now not free so waiting on the date back – should be interesting

    genuinely not stepped on the scales and I haven’t videoed any posing yet….I think itll be another 2/3 weeks until I will feel ok enough to see the reality! (such a drama queen…but im being serious…)

    2. Embarrassing crush? – LOTS – I had the biggest crush on a guy at school when I was about 17….he was called Kenny…I was legit in love..he had blonde curly hair, he was very shy, he very much knew I was besotted with him…full on cry at parties ‘why doesn’t he love me’ kinda crush….but he didn’t return the feelings….HOWEVER I do feel that I won the situation….as about a year into this crush, I actually started kinda dating his older brother…which is way cooler….and his brother was just a more attractive, older version haha
    3. Most overrated food? – PIZZA – I really don’t get it…I find it very boring…I would never ever in a million years chose to eat a pizza

    I feel like ive opened a can of worms here…many a secret story is about to unfold…hahah
