such an amazing day
im sure most of you know Mark Coles – we have known him for about 5 ish years I think…when M10 was starting out in notts….I really don’t know how Jordan and mark became known to each other…but never mind
I first met him in nandoes lol – I wasn’t eating obs, this was back in the minus calorie days haha…but they did and I remember thinking that he was an inserting chap, VERY laddy…since then I realise that that was kind of a front I think, as he likely assumed Jordan would be of the laddy type too
anyway….friendships developed – and mark has really really been there for me…when Jordan prepped with Milos and legit lost his shit….I remember calling mark in a blind panic as I had no idea what to do…and he really helped me to deal with it
he also has spoken to me about NLP…and connected me with someone who I spoke to…he is very holistic and really understands a lot of my angstβ¦.and he has really really opened up my mind and helped me mentally – he continues to do so…one of those people that I can say whwtever I want to, and he will just click with it and understand the root
only a few people in my life like that….that understand ‘bodybuilding’….mark, scott (as I always preach, the most knowledgeable man on the planet)…and that’s about it really….I just don’t like to burden them often as im not like that!)
Marsh – his now wife…admittedly I don’t know know her yet….I first met her at marks comp in Leicester a few years ago…and she was just wonderful. beautiful, kind, smart, talented..(designer for Pauls Boutique at the time….yes she sent me a bag as a present – don’t be jealous)β¦.. when I met her I said to Jordan that night, ‘mark will marry mary’…and he has!
today….im SLEEEEEEEPY…but it was worth it – its refreshing to see true love π

@JohnG – you can get some really extreme kitchen stuff! haha im getting a new kitchen so im all over googling the gadgets at the mo…got a kitchen aid for my bday last year…its a thing of beauty

is it at the front of your knee? could be tendonitis…in which case if its just started try to nip it in the bud! so I would rest legs for a week — double up on curcumin and omegas and see if it heals
using single ply sleeves would add a little support
avoid the exercises that’s cause pain

WEDNESDAY UPDATE
its been a rest day for me…altered diet a little – meal 5 swapped from pro fat to pro carb
back to full force training tomorrow – and Rebecca is filming – pull session….so will be odd to do JUST that! but im looking forward to ithad treatment with Dan today too…he worked into my hammies and calves…as ive noticed my Achilles tendon is swollen and superrrr soar in the mornings…so ive figured that my calves must be very tight

yes it is less harsh on lipids, but arimidex is also ok, and doesn’t pose the risk of permanently bottoming out oestrogen
primo takes about 2-3 weeks…so yes it would be acting come later show dates…but im not sure that 200 test 200 primo would pose a benefit when compared to 300 test
I tend to up my clen every 5th day…so 20mcgs Monday,tue,wed,thur, then 40mcgs fri,sat etc etc – so you don’t have to wait a full week in my opinion, BUT if youre tightening up then no need to over use it either
more cardio or less food would both create more of deficit. BUT….think leg mass, if you can drop a few kcals, still perform and do less activity on them, why opt for more cardio?
its 100 % person dependant, but cardio to off set eating in my view isn’t the smartest…this results in smaller legs a lot of the time

Oestrogen – I would like to see this under 100, but you have increased youre AI, so this will drop – you were on 12.5 mg aromasin every 3 days, but you have increased to what? I read up and I cant see the exact amount now….sorry if im being thick here!
…do you favour aromasin over arimidex? Close to a comep higher oestrogen again will have a softer appearance.
as test is only 300 per week, In my opinion, it would maybe be more advantageous to stick that what, not bother adding another compound (due to timeframe)…but just add the winny on top at 3 weeks out like you said….and I would increase the anavar maybe to 30 per day?
remember you have clen as well which is only at 40 mcgs.

with your tests..when do you get the results as it would be super interesting and helpful to see the oestrogen level
are you going to alter cycle anymore before the show?
AAAAND if youre flat which you do seem to be, as pressure doesn’t look too great, then of course this will give a much softer appearance
when you pick, does it feel like? gritty? or more like thick skin?

glutes look to be coming in…youre getting the ‘walnut’ on the edges which is my favourite!
also the condition through your subscap is very cool…kinda cushioning there now, looks like I put my hand in the crevasses!gym is still strong, food is still quite high
I absolutely think you need a top ok…as to me (and I don’t know your physique that well obviously) you do look a little reduced in volume – but to confirm youre going to do this refeed this Friday coming?

very normal to lose the plot a little at 3 weeks out…and all coaches know that their clients will go through phases of panic…again totally normal! its human nature…I assumed you coached yourself actually, I don’t know why I thought that!
but as long as he/she is happy then youre good… π

2 QUESTIONS
do you want to compete? will you be happy to present the look or will it serve no satisfaction?
do you want actual advise on the process? (supps etc – if so outline them, but you may just be having a moment)each year wont bring 12lbs of mass as you know…it can bring a few….injuries hamper things for sure…but its ok to compete at the same muscularity as long as the overall package is better…I would only ever NOT compete if the look was a step back from the previous
