    Answers to things ive missed….
    @joseph – jump in….in my opinion, if you want to start this journey then its an all or nothing approach, that will get the fastest results….4 days per day eaten each day, maybe 5 meals on training day …itl be weird at first but if shes serious about changing and committing then it’s the best way 

    @wes g – I only pulled to pro fat as fat levels were too high….so from the really high intake of carbs my sensitivity was poor. When fatter you utilise carbs less efficiently. SO…going forward I wont be getting out of shape again…so its likely that I will include about 150 carbs on a rest day after this show…that was always the set up I had….super high on gym days and 3 meals of about 50 on rest days

    @morning_iron – in fairness I probably do yes, im 162.9cms in height and 84.3kg…and the vast majority of that is muscle mass…lets not forget I did hold the record in raw powerlifting for the highest female total ever in the UK across any feds….something moved that weight haha πŸ™‚

  • hey Cameron
    I think your condition is in a really place for 8 weeks

    I would say be a litttttle bit careful with the cardio increases -8 weeks is a really good amount of time and you have tools to use…don’t waste your legs

    I think I would prefer to do HIIT or maybe prowler sprints, or weighted carries…these could go to the end of an upper session – maybe your chest and delt day as the following day is back but you don’t load here, more machine work so I don’t think that it would impact recovery too much or hurt strength..?

    with your posing, have you tried to put your right leg back a little more and then drag your toe into the ground – this will bring out a little more hammy detail

    also on the rear lat spread try to not round over so much, as youre not doing yourself justice in this pose – your lats are WIIIIIDDDDDDDDE so show them off πŸ™‚

    @Horsepower
    it depends how you have deloaded…when I fully rest, I do fine that I become detrained quite quickly so when I go back the first session is usually really crap and strength isn’t at its peak ….if I have deloaded I tend to hold that strength as I haven’t become detrained…..not unusual to feel the way you do tho, it is common πŸ™‚
