noted on the AI – I think that’s a smart move …will you be monitoring bloods throughout or just going by the feel and look in yourself?
agree on the clen…should have kept in your pocket for a bit longer…BUT no real detriment as its a tiny dose…just don’t really increase that yet, give yourself someone to go with it.
tough one…I don’t think what you did was wrong – but its not what I would have done…reason being….
so more test went in…therefore your ability to gain strength and alter body composition has increased (not instantly due to the life of test but you will be feeling in the influence within 10 ish days typically)
as youre in prep, I would have held the food the same and not added clenβ¦.then this in itself would have been a beneficial shift in energy balance towards fat loss and increased performance.
with extra test – performance is safe – period.
so extra carbs wont be noticed as a training tool by your body as your giving it hormones! which are of cause a lot more powerful.if this was offseason – then yes I would have increased food with increased aas.
but its not…and youre not peeled yet…so now your on cycle, just bear in mind that your training will be better and your recovery will be higher – you wont drop tissue now with that protection going in at this stage.
does that make sense?

we don’t get the clothes til 27th ish of july, BUT when they do come, when you email through put in the subject something like – ‘CORINNE- JDH ORDER’ …and then ill know its you and can reserve π

and yep that wil absolutely being testing him a littlefor me its not the fact that a client is ‘unhappy’ or wary of gaining fat (as I clearly fully understand this) BUT its the repetition…if I have to continually explain the process, when words go in one ear and out the other its very frustrating – I particularly find this hard as my clients KNOW how much I personally do know what this feel like…so surely if you trust your coach and they are saying that it is OK for now, then its ok….if you don’t trust your coach or you think they are being negligent/not showing enough attention..then that’s different and there is reason to be nervous….AKA get a different coach haha
this is why I have realised i can only coach myself….
I TRUST others…but when I get into deeper into comp prep, I don’t actually trust myself to follow orders anymore.
If I feel the decision a coach has made isn’t right….then I will be stressed to follow it…so its better I just make my own changes.I don’t talk to anyone anymore about my prep, I don’t express my feelings (very rarely), there is no point…others dont understand the anxiety or fear of not hitting condition…so I want and need to be on my own trajectory

you have tripled your test – so this will definitely lead to an increase in weight…so very wise move to monitor the visual rather than the scales

@JohnG – absolutely….that is mission number 1, others in its wake if and when I have time.
@Dan – im pleased it helped….and I agree, it was necessary for me and for you… I think last year my condition and shape was good enough, but with lesser muscularity I was certainly leaving the door open to being beaten – which I was, many times lol…so if I can get the prep right, keep the tissue and hit the condition then I think I will definitely be harder to beat
Plus I haven’t earnt it yet…because really winning and deserving the top spot goes to the person who has covered all bases….I hadn’t…I deliberately stayed lean when I know I shouldn’t have..SO hopefully it will count for something this year π

@robbieuk – we don’t deliberately not do them, but as me and Jordan usually train together it would be hard to separate! but thank you, im pleased you liked it…and as we may train differently in the coming months ill make sure to steal some camera time
sadly my ‘garden’ isn’t really a garden, so to tiny for chickens BUT one day…and I might convince my mum to get them….she would love it ! π
YOGA VERDICT:
was fab…im not used to the breathing aspect…it was very calm and slow..i wont be using it for fat loss…but it will be great for wellbeing…I was definitely the youngest there…but that was quite nice, I like to feel youthful π pre paid for 4 more classes….so ill be cracking out the yoga moves as sneakily as possible on the gym videos )trainedbyjp@hotmail.co.uk |

TODAY – TUESDAY
rest day for me…and for Jordan too
he woke at 5am…so I had to come downstairs to take a photo…but I did go back to bed…literally peeling my eyelids open…so sleepyso today im having a pedicure with my mum….then im going to my first yoga class this evening! so an interesting day

then go get my mum and wander round a little bit before…need to get my sister a birthday present, and its my graduation next Tuesday, so I might get something to wear (seen as I have no nice clothes that fit! :()il be popping to and fro for frank and Jordan…my meals are prepped and I have worked out the timings so that Jordan only has to prepare 1 meal today..which will be baby rice and whey..i think he manage that! although the lack of kettle poses a slight challenge…easy overcome with sauce and hob…
COMP PREP STUFF: (as I suppose I should keep on top of this… haha)
17 weeks and 4 days out from the Rimini Amateur Olympia
2 weeks and 3 days off all anabolicsI haven’t looked at myself…still very much hate my shell right now….asked Jordan to on sunday…he is positive im much leaner (im sceptical but that just me being me)
currently on
25 mcg t3 per day
100 mcg t4 per day – THESE 2 SEE MY BLOOD WORK AT A DECENT LEVEL SO WILL BE CONSTANT
in prep slight alteration I will likely make is t3 to 31.25 mcgs per day
added clen since coming off anavar – started at only 20 mcgs
ketotifen – 1mg pre bed per day
3.5 ius GH per daySTOPPED all oral yohimbine from yesterday as I hate it and I just need a break from it…using vasoburn each morning on my chunky butt and sides.
DIET – NO CHANGE
CARDIO – JUST FRANK WALKS – PLUS I GUESS YOGA TODAY ? ill be looking to go a class per week unless I hate it hahaANYTHING YOU WANT TO KNOW/ASK/TELL ME/RANT/PREACH….hit me up π
I genuinely reallyyyy appreciate you all chipping in with this….feels like it will be a big old ‘get Corinne a pro card’ kinda mission….so if im being impatient with my prep changes, feel free to tell me off….criticism is literally the best thing for me, learnt to use it well, so like I said before don’t hold back and never me afraid of offending me but making a suggestion π

there were some WONDERFUL people at strength…Eddie was so nice and down to earth…Joel, Dave, Hagen (sp check on that sorry) – a few people that I work with now too…I wont name as the names are faceless to those reading….so I loved being around those ones π

that annoys me too…people can be social, and I am a little during to the sessions, but don’t equipment hog and or refuse to sharedynamics don’t really change when I prep…as you can tell, I am a doer…I don’t like or expect things being done for me…when I prep I don’t get tired or slow down either, so I just keep the ship the sailing….jordan out on deck π

its my number 1 goal for jordan to get his card – id happily not ever have one to make sure he did….so ill do whats needed to make sure that happens
don’t get me wrong….It annoys me at times that I have no time to myself…I really wanted to stay in weymouth last week for a few days and there are lots of things I need to get done in the house…BUT that’s the life I have decided to have for now….and I do make sure I have a few hours here and there for myself…hence sneaking off to tkmaxx …and tomorrow I am getting a pedicure with my mum π
don’t worry – we aren’t actually very nice to train with lol Jordan doesn’t speak pretty much at all…and if he is disturbed not on his terms then he will be severely irritated lol
im ok to train with, I think….but I like things my way, if someone slows me down or has a chat mid session, they will get the look of ‘what are you doing’ hahaha
so really…for others in the gym its a mine field lol
im just grateful that everyone in there is super considerate…..strength was terrible for that….KID you not, I would get stopped MID DEADLIFT SET to be asked something…. the sentence would always start with….’I don’t want to disturb Jordan coz hes training, so…’ – SOOOO the fact my hands are strapped into a bar means I don’t train? and its chat time?!
one of the reasons I left there! I am very ‘burn the bra’ at times (if you know what I mean) and the lack of respect towards me really wore me down over time….so off I trotted π

MY SUNDAY π
so woke up at 6am…not naturally…it was the lack of presence of Jordan and frank that woke me…I think today I would have stayed in bed longer as my body is sooooo destroyed…but im holding off to delaod for Jordan comp…he keeps delaying the bloody date so im just inching further into over trained… fab
anyway…up
morning protocol ensued….me REST day diet…Jordan GYM day dietI wont write the whole thing out again as I am literally a robot…only slight alteration to rest day morning process is a shower….this happens AFTER ive prepped the food, go back up, make sure I shut the window so as not scare any unsuspecting victims in the alley behind….get in shower, turn to hot.
to save time I mouth wash as I get in – part is crucial to time management – MULTI TASK whenever possible
I shampoo first….using a cheapo Alberto Balsam coconut brand…lather that up, wash it off….apply conditioner, using another cheapo one, Argan Oil, but its LUSH….turn the water off – NO NEED TO WASTE IT…learnt that in my caravan holiday days….whilst conditioner makes me beautiful I exfoliate my face and body wash, currently using Imperial Leather shea butter kinda one, nothing fancy….shower back on and rinse down all areas.
turn shower off…get out of the shower – towel already on the floor to avoid injury….towel down (cath kidston white and pink floral towels, as she is my favourite).
once dry – apply the vasoburn – which annoys me as I then have to re wash my hands really thoroughly and that seems odd after showering?
let that dry….pop on some clothes….go downstairs

prepped my meal 2 as I was taking Jordan to the gym .
I had120g smoked haddock – microwave, add water – 5 mins…keeps it nice and moist – LEGIT HATE PAN FRYING FISH
65g prawns – already cooked
70g smoked salmon – no cooking required
into the Tupperware goes….
50g avocado
cucumber
celery
sauerkraut
3 pickled onions
carrot – I like this raw and just a chunk of it…no slicing
add black pepper, salt and cinnamon
top with some lettuce – pop the lid on
in a little pot – 14g cashewsleave
get to the gym

I eat,..well intermittently – as helped Jordan to load some plates and spotted his RP sets.
waited to see him pose…..VERY GOOD….nearly thereheard some very painful sounding cries in the gym….looked up VERY ready to eye roll someone doing some thing not intense but making a lot of noise…buuuuut it was very relieved to learn that it was @kippy on the leg press….he is allowed to make noise…reason being – HE WORKS HARD!
then I trotted off to TKMAXX…brought myself

some baby bibs – its annoying me beyond belief that my sister is using Christmas bibs! apparently she doesn’t have any over the head non festive ones…well now she does
a birthday card for my sisteraaaaaaaaand the final item….a flamingo for my ‘garden’…..its my garden and I will do what I want haha
then popped in pets at home and brought Frank a harness as im getting annoyed with the collar round his neck…hes more reluctant these days so it was never an issue before but I don’t like to pull his neck. also brought a TINY collar for Ava in preparation.
get the text from Jordan to say he is nearly done…now this means he still has AT LEAST 30 mins left…an equation I know to work with now…he says 30mins itll be at least 50mins…so rule of thumb is ADD around 65% to the time mentioned.
anyway – get some fuel…get back to the gym
surprisingly he is talking to someone….a really nice guy called Andreas and another called Jordan….they are also allowed to make noise….reason being – THEY WORK HARD! – they were using the heel raised platform on the smith squat….and Jordan was telling them to stay on the quad…they were grateful for extra pain haha

Ellis – clearly not being following my blog π ive been documenting all the way along – was just over 4k from direct macros (I don’t count trace) – ive only made 1 caloric reduction so far …there wont be tons as I will try to ride out each one as long as possible and then ill have other tools to utilise too – SO if I play my cards right then food should stay decent through out π
Kippy – thank you….im never happy (obviously!) I just want them lean now haha – aaaaand I told you! haha he did go to S. Africa when he was about 18 so I think he MUST have picked it up from there π
