    this morning was fun…..
    5am…Franks crying…go downstairs…nothing is wrong, he must need the loo…so I potter outside onto the high street in my gasto vest, trainers, poo bag in tow….waddle up the road a little – no sign of a toilet….so call it a day and drag him back home….must have just been attention seeking….plod back upstairs….back into bed….

    5.30am…Franks crying…go downstairs…nothing is wrong, he must need feeding….so I get a duck twizzle stick (duck…I know its a dog!?) …put it in his bowl, he seems keen….plod back upstairs…back into bed…

    6am….Franks crying…go downstairs…nothing is wrong, he MUST need the loo…open the back door into my tiny tiny ‘garden’, he sits there….nothing happens…back in, lock the door…Jordan will be up soon…but pray to the sleep gods that I can have another 30mins in bed….plod back upstairs…back into bed…

    6.13am….Frank crying…Jordan chimes in with ‘Frank why are you crying? I need a wee’….the heart breaking moment when you realise that no more sleep is on the menu that morning….so up I get…morning endeavours pursue….

    clichΓ© – but how is it july already?

    so today is a rest – im going to weymouth tomorrow night see my nan – kinda a mini holiday

    i would love to go for the whole week but its not practical right now with Jordans prep, so i can only go for 1 night then back late Tuesday as i hate leaving Jordan in my house for a long time as i come back to carnage lol Frank too, im leaving with my dad as i cant take him with me πŸ™ and my dad is an adult…BUT no one can look after my Frank like me haha

    so prepping my evening meals for Monday and all food Tuesday
    itll be a nice 24 hour rest bite

    i am defo going in the sea!!! i love it…whenever, where ever i am…rain or shine…im in it haha

    my nan is literally my idol…she is incredible

    born and bed in the london so she is a proper cockney…she was a butcher (among numerous other jobs)…and brought me up with pigs eyes in the freezer…she used to know the Kray brothers, as all londoners did i think haha and one year i wrote them a letter….she made me watch day of the triffids when i was about 8 i think, and ever since then at her house i used to go to bed with a cup of salt water (if you have seen it you will know the relevance)

    anyway….she is genuinely the ‘niche-est’, most admirable person i have ever met – nothing phases her

    morning all

    SOMEONE IS TIREDDDD haha

    as Jordan is prepping…obviously…yesterday he woke up at 5.15am…I woke up to the sound of ‘bear, I cant sleep anymore…’

    me being the self confessed control freak that I am WILL get up…I could just say ‘f off and do it yourself’ BUT that would be mean…and also more importantly, it would throw off our timings for meals…so I kinda have to get up to make sure we can both train.
    once im up, im up….no looking back! and no naps
    but its actually nice catching the early hours…walking frank when literally no one is around – I love that

    session was good..felt totally spaced out, but the lifts were actually strong…slightly later start today – 6.30am

    SATURDAY 30TH JUNE:
    1 week off anavar
    19 weeks out from the show

    I actually made a diet change to training day only from Monday – just a reduction of 45carb and 10f …so the macros of this day are not
    p – 345
    f – 50
    c- 405
    kcal – 3490

    I didn’t NEED to make this I don’t think…its very hard to tell going from FAT to just a tiny bit LESS FAT…lol…BUT i want to be ready earlier…i want my body to sit lean into the show as i know this LOOKS best on stage

    for peace of mind i need to be leaner sooner this year as it is freaking me out being this big.

    still lots of food – zero cardio….and no no assistance…so im in a good patch …i think πŸ˜‰

    I would try uni lateral work so you can accurately focus on the contraction
    its likely that as its the weaker side, when you do dual work, the right will take over, so the left will find it difficult to balance up

    as long as the individual is progressing towards there goal at the pace they want to that’s perfect

    I am not happy or comfortable to be too fat…I don’t enjoy cheat meals…so my preference after this 1 push up this year will defo be to stay leaner and maybe due to this grow slower…but ill be good in my own skin πŸ™‚

    liam – I don’t cope in all honesty..i absolutely hate it but I have made no progress for the last 2 years because of this fear….so this year I decided to push up and simply endure feeling crap about myself for the sake of achieve my goal which will feel brilliant!

    so there is no answer….you just have to accept at times that you may not love the look if you are serious about attaining the goal…if youre just going it for personal satisfaction then don’t push up and stay health and happy and make very small improvements

    MY STORY….
    so…I went to Loughborough Uni – 2007-2010….in 2007 I first saw this very strange creature…bleach blonde hair, stupid tan, cracking set of abs and big shouders…TOO BIG…i was into indie boys, at a push rugby boys…this object was always wandering around outside my halls, topless, in his beach shorts…these were baby pink

    he had friends in the block opposite me….his friends were incredibly good looking..one in particular called James…and me and my friends happened to have a fantastic view from our window of said specimen…

    so this blonde thing turned out to be Jordan.

    we never really spoke – first encounter was after a drunken night, me and Laura (roommate) hanging out of our window, generally making a scene, and they shouted to us to come down and chat….I thought he was south African based on the accent…now I know that was just correct pronunciation from private school education….compared to my VERY common voice and schooling lol

    long story short – about a year later he started talking to me on MSN massager (remember that? lol) he was obsessed with food…he said he would take me to TGI Fridays etc etc

    I wasn’t really that interested and I was a little intimated to be honest…he was super confident and I actually thought he was bit arrogant
    we never went to TGIs…
    I avoided meeting up with him for about a year!

    finally end of 2nd year in uni – I decided to see what he was like…I was intrigued….he told me all about bodybuilding as he was in prep for his first ever show (UKBFF SOUTH COAST AS A JUNIOR) …he played me Enya, as that was going to be his posing routine…I didn’t expect that…turned out he wasn’t a total idiot and we actually got on pretty well..

    so the rest was history – its our 9 year anniversary on 1st july actually! scary shit

    BACK TO THE POINT….
    I had a gym membership and used to go with friends, and just do the usual crap – in between drinking and eating pasta and cheesy chips…the odd lecture…

    so when me and Jordan become a couple….we spent that first summer in brighton…I took him to the, as he of course wouldn’t miss training…I would usually just sit and watch and be so so bored!

    I then watched him compete at the Brits in 2009 – James H came first and Jordan 3rd…this was when I met James too πŸ™‚

    after seeing that show, not only did I think….WHAT THE HELL IS GOING ON…but also I was also INSANELY intimated by the figure girls on stage….I DID NOT LOOK LIKE THAT!? and they were slim and beautiful…needed to up my game a bit

    so Jordan offered to show me how to train….im stubborn by nature (as you may or may not have worked out)….so yes please!

    October 2011 – for my birthday Jordan brought me a 6 month diet with Skip Hill..odd present haha …but no, I wasn’t offended…

    and THAT WAS THE MOMENT….when I took that picture I shared on IG….from that day on, the minute I got my plan, I have not once faltered on achieve a goal, and I have not looked back….

    yes this is a very valid method

    this is the principle with FT
    and from that myself and Jordan vary rep ranges…not sure if you have watched any of the videos, but we train in this fashion so it may help πŸ™‚
