I get the meals ready
decaff for Jordan whilst he waitsweight out the whey, nut butter and banana – add a little salt to the nut butter
weigh out my sauerkraut and cucumber – YES I WEIGH MY VEG YEAR ROUND
weigh out coconut oil – put in the fridge – I LIKE TO EAT IT IN A LUMP
weigh out green powder – USE THE AMAZING GRASS CHOC FLAVOUR – put in the fridge
cut up a quarter lime and a quarter lemon into 4 piece each – squeeze into a mug and add boiling water when ready
peel the eggs, de yolk some of them – add to the bowl – add salt and cinnamongo upstairs – brush my teeth, open the curtains and the windows
find my cothes of the day
mouth wash β¦.swish that round β¦.exfoliate face – I USE ST IVES APRICOT SCRUB….spit out the mouth wash, wash off the face creamapply vasoburn onto my fat assss – thorough wash hands – NOT MAKING VASOBBURN IN EYE ERROR AGAIN lol
dress – GYM KIT..consisting of sports bra, xplosive ape leggings, some kind vest …obviously underwear too haha
come down stairs – put on slippers – WALK ROUND BARE FOOT ALL THE TIME AND MY FEET ARE ALWAYS GRUBBY SO TRYING TO BE GOOD WITH SLIPPERS haha
on in the living room – apply simple face creamcome into the kitchen
pour hot water onto my PROPER COFFEE… ie not decaff…I cant function with that haha….AT THE MOMENT MY KETTLE IS BROKEN SO I BOIL THE WATER IN A SAUCEPAN…REVOLUTIONARY πopen laptop, get out my glasses and pen and paper
have my morning vitamins (omegas, primrose, krill, d3, curcumin, l carn, tudca, nac, charcoal, astaxathine, ubiquinol, dim, super k, super garlic) – take these in 2 swallows of water…I recommend more to avoid injury

eat and do emails/write blog updates/amazon order for supps etc etcJordan finished then goes back to bed
I take longer to eat my meals – they are larger, I multi task and I like to savour my food
eat the egg bowl first then the greens then the oildrink up my coffee
take frank for his morning walk – I do a fixed 30mins
on the walk I continue to work from my phone or write the shopping list etc etccome back
pop out to 1 stop to get some 2litre water bottles for our intra workout – I DO NOT USE SHAKERS…they get smelly and they never wash well I don’t have a dish washer, so I would rather use a bottle 1/2 times then throw it away
sit for maybe 10 mins – back on the laptop
get pre gym ready…..

im a little confused….are you gaining size or getting leaner now?
as you said ‘clean bulk’ β¦…but you mention reducing?
I meant was the kcal total you ended your deficit phase on…that you are now rebounding from π

I would keep the protein high – for perspective, my training day protein is 345g – im female, im probably not as big as you and im definitely not on test! lol
are you lean now? are you pushing up after a deficit? how much more food is this than you end point?

back from training – todays session was literally exactly the same as last Mondays…so im not going to worry about re writing it out
very good session – progression on all elements, everything felt right
me and Jordan are now training a little differently…which is good in a way, as the duration of some sessions is a little long for me in terms of concentration/enjoyment/pace….so I can now be on my own schedule
but its REALLY annoying as I now don’t have a day away from the gym – as our rest days don’t match up…just means I have a lot less time for all the other things in life…ill have to be even more organised to make sure myself, Jordan, frank and the business are all at the right place at the right time….its a needs must for now…but I selfishly sulking a little bit that I cant do anything for myself for the next month….this keeps me sane π
on the plus side…maybe ill burn more kcals essentially PTing Jordan? haha

happy sunday
yesterday all anavar stopped – 20 weeks out
I add in 20 mcgs of clen per dayim 50 50 on reducing food from now….as I am worried about condition….ill think about it ! π
guna have a ‘sort my life out’ day….since moving thigns in the house still aren’t really sorted at all…waiting for builders/decorators etc etc…so its annoying me…so Ill have a sort out I think
plus there is a food festival on so me and frank will take a stroll…(dogs are allowed as its outside)
and my sister and bro in law are having a bbq today as there is a world cup game (I don’t follow football at all!) so I might wonder down there later to keep myself entertainedfirst off its food shop time and get a few new plans out to people π

maybe it on point in the wrong way… have you considered adding more food for leg days to see if that improves recovery capability ?

if you are dumping 3ml into 1 site…that’s a lot of stress…if it was 1 ml, im sure the body would be able to dissipate that far easier

all the signs to look out for are on the video about over training
but to mention them now….
fatigue
poor recovery
lack of motivation
lack of appetite
lack of progressionive mentioned before that I don’t deload – I just have full rest…as if im in the gym then I will literally not be able to hold back
I actually think deloading is superior but it just doesn’t work for me
