cardio may take away from your performance – where as less kcals will likely just dip you into a deficit for a little fat loss?

George – there is no literally quoted in this brief piece of info…what is Jordan basing this on?
there is relation to insulin secretion…but to what extent?when you eat carbs in the day its unavoidable to take it NEAR carbs…so I take it away from food….plus as I said my meal 1 is pro fat anyway and I take it on wake
so no – jordans un referenced paragraph does not change my view on yohimbine β¦.

the thickest and densest backs in my opinion are actually built with heavy lifting….heavy deads, rack pulls etc …not scapula retraction in the sense that you are talking about it
so what is the question here….cues for correct form? exercise selection?

Anderson – I cant relate…so I cant be much help here, sorry!
I have no cravings ever – its like I turned off that switch a few years ago..
even when im at the dog end of prep and on about 1400kcals I don’t feel this desire
I view the food as the food…and im never tempted to have more
its only my rest day that’s zero carb – so just 3 days per week (a little more at the mo as im resting) – as kcals are nice and high although im hungry, because I have a really good digestive system and good appetite – im satisfied
often cravings come when you are deficient in something -tick all boxes and you wont feel quite the same

another rest day for meso itll be my 3rd day of rest day diet – pro fat….I absolutely cannot stand it when people tell me ‘they cant function coz of now carbs’
im a very active person…and I am very much surviving haha – its a mental thing I think as people associate carbs with energy
so SIDE BAR…don’t ever try to moaning to me about that haha
im hoping the few days rest will help a little with fat loss too
nothing major to report – feel pretty shit tbh, cant look at myself right now…its horrid – never mind, im being good and patient π
comp calendar was updated on 28th may…so im now thinking
RIMINI on the 10th November – AO – SO PRO CARD FOR CLASS WINS – 23WEEKS
AMSTERDAM on the 17th November – OVERALL WIN – 24WEEKS
ROMANIA on the 24th November – OVERALL WIN AND THEN THERE IS A PRO QUALIFER THE DAY AFTER TOO – 25WEEKSbasically ill go when im ready but these are all Europe…and all a good time frame…the AO obviously has greater chance….so ill target that first…then keep going for 3 shows….if I don’t get it this year then ill pull the plug…do through the process (not the fat part ever again haha) then target APRIL 2019
