what have u been doing so far?
as I wouldn’t alter too much this close to the stagecardio can make your legs a little inflamed and of course you want those crispy for the stage!

I have a ton of hobbies and great friends, I socialise a lot and go out and do things as often as I can
I don’t feel restricted or stressed by my life style so I don’t need to ‘de stress’ as suh
training isn’t an outlet in that sense…training is what I love to do 🙂

I don’t switch off….I don’t feel a need to and I genuinely don’t crave food
you can ask Jordan….I pretty much never say ‘ooo I fancy…’I have days when I allow myself treats – ie Christmas, because I enjoy this time of year and I like spending time with my family
but I don’t actually enjoy being off plan it feels counter productive
I’m not trying to be ‘focussed’ or anything like that…there is nothing at all wrong with down time or craving foods….im just being honest !
hack – no idea…my feet will shift in the set so I’m comfortable I guess
todays session was a monster yet again

as I mentioned previously I eat to my macros
but I’m 6 months off a comp – so I eye ball – I do ask for things on the side
in comp prep I DO NOT eat off plan at all – and I very rarely eat off plan in off season either

all our session take between 2-3 hours….the longer ones are due to warm up for compounds like deads….usually much closer to 2 hours
yesterday was rest day – but I went to London to meet a friend
so a lovely day
we had food at a Turkish place which was SO good – meats and carbs very easy to hit
had a wander round and just had a generally nice dayjust eating pre workout now
seriously feeling battered…my knees are creaky as foooock…maybe I’m just old 🙁

I like to use a combination of rep ranges in each session when using a PPL
its very hard to give a cookie cutter answer here as there are lots of variables to factor in, ie…
your MRV
exercise selection
reps and setslot of videos of us training in this manner so might be worth having a watch 🙂
