we went through all enquires last week and will do so again in a few days once the new clients have been sortedi do have 1 enquiry in my account rather than the joint trainedbyjp account – so if she is the owner of this one ill be replying later today
i still want to be and expect to be just under 150lb on stage – maybe 148/149 …however i don’t every gauge it by weight…i don’t use weight now either as i think its totally void – its a case of ….are you ready? no…well push on… π
I’m not going to have, or looking to have added massive amounts of size…its WPD so its just tweaks here and there

TRAINING today…although i feel totally and utterly ruined….ive had meal 1 – will see if i perk up a little and then jump into pre gym or run a rest day

you could increase protein – this will have little to no impact on your fat loss
scott Stevenson experimented with this once….as he reduced his carbs he also increase his protein to the same level (they carry the same kcals) and he found that it had no impact – didn’t cause an increase of fat or blunting of loss
and itll increase your satiety

just wanted to be clear so there was no misunderstanding of what i was irritated byi had poached egg on toast with mushrooms – asked for no oil/butter
then i added the remaining macros on top π
i DO NOT do this when I’m in prep for the show….im 6 months out and i wanted to have a nice day with mum so its very easy to work around π

so i just want to kinda draw a line on this area….i am totally fine with gaining weight and size…i was fine with the look the amount of body fat etc but now my BF is a little bit TOO high than necessary….this is my issue…i no in the future where enough is enough….i don’t binge, i don’t over eat…i so rarely have a meal off plan…so for me to be TOO fat is not something I’m comfortable with because it hasn’t happened through a lack of control
its all a learning curve…i now think i do have enough mass, and i can afford to lose some (which will be inevitable) when i hit condition.
this prep will be VERY different to others…i will actually have fat to lose haha – new concept to me
but more time will be allocated to diet and i will do as much cardio as i need to…il go lower than ever to get the look
haard work DOES NOT PHASE me….i will get my card this year
and then out the other side i will apply what i have learnt – simpleIM SMASHED HAHA

in honesty – i don’t feel a benefit from gh haha
ive used it in the past – its rumoured to help with body composition…but i cant clarify that as i was always VERY lean due to other factors…now I’m holding so much body fat its not going to influence body comp
it can help with recovery….but I’m on anavar right now, so recovery isn’t hindered…and its of course better than when I’m not
sooo – i don’t really believe it to be the magic answer that most people claim it to be !

i mentioned a while back about those.
i don’t particularly like using slin…i feel it may be detrimental to my midsection – BUT i may add it during my 8 weeks off as it is very efficient at improving recovery.gh – again I’m not super into it…but i have used it in the past and have recently added back in just under 4 ius per day…in the night and pwo

Charlie – you should be happy – another few weeks to get some fat off and youre be another level again#
Mike – I train after meal 1 every now and then when I have other commitments, I don’t mind this….but feel better after a bit longer due to hydration. – so i cant answer your qs as i don’t train at that time π

did these 3 again…not a superset – just worked through the exercises
think I’m going to scrap DB press next time as ive had it in every session for about 2 months and its not feeling right anymorebanded dip – 3 sets
incline cable fly – 3 sets
cuff push down – 2 sets, then 1 set into narrow press up
lying cable side – 4 point RP – 1 drop
DB preacher – 3 setsonto legs
seated ham – 3 sets – CHANGED TO STRAIGHT SETS AS I FELT THE CONTRACTION WAS BETTER THEN AN RP
banded hack – 3 sets – OUCH
single leg leg extension into weighted leg lifts – 2 sets
adductor – 2 sets
