your body is likely bracing under the load….so its not really a problem as long as the connection is good, and you aren’t just using a weight that is way too heavy!

Cristian – not really – I am using banded more for hypertrophy….I use deads when I want to PL as they aren’t actually a very good exercise for creating a physique…more a fun and explosive move

of course they will aid in strengthening my erectors and glutes – therefore my dead should improve
