if you are using cardio as a fat loss tool…then in my opinion there is zero sense in drinking kcals during….as that negates the point

doesnt matter at all – just replace which ever meal it lands on and ENJOY
life is there for living – we are all allowed a good old meal sometimes 🙂JUST DONT UNDER EAT all to allow for it…that’s silly in my opinion

your food intake is high..maybe a GDA with carb meals will help too to process carb meals better
number 1 would be to work out the issue foods…PAIN isn’t a good sign and would certainly indicate an intolerance in my view…something that wont be fixed with a digestive supplement.
and make sure food rotation is pretty good too….as slamming the same foods over and over can cause issues too

REST DAY today
WEIGHT – 159.8lbusual stuff….lie in ISH….Tesco…work…house work

also been googling good sport massage/chiros etc in the Cheltenham area if anyone has any recommendations?
we have decided to alter the training set up a little
EXACTLY the same session content….BUT
2 on
1 off
2 on
1 off
1 on
1 offwe have never liked 3 days on…always feel fatigued and underwhelmed by day 3 and I don’t want that to be affected the back session

in my opinion – your food choices aren’t great
not very nutrient dense and high processed additives…this will be harming your digestion – hence the gas etc
its likely not great for recovery eitherI also wouldn’t do 3 consecutive days
as rest is very importantyour protein intake isn’t that high either….so again this is something I would address
