so after consecutive rest days I have dropped – sorting water and glycogen of about 2lbs it seems
so dropped steps back today
thyroid results are in
THYROID STIMULATING HORMONE 0.894 mIU/L 0.27 – 4.20
FREE THYROXINE 14.7 pmol/L 12.00 – 22.00
TOTAL THYROXINE(T4) 77.9 nmol/L 59.00 – 154.00
FREE T3 2.83 pmol/L 3.10 – 6.80
THYROGLOBULIN ANTIBODY <10 IU/mL 0.00 – 115.00
THYROID PEROXIDASE ANTIBODIES 12.1 IU/mL 0.00 – 34.00as I suspected after dropping the T3 – my free t3 is low
we have decided to wait this out…and re test again in 3 weeks, to see if my natural level increases

sorry I didn’t update yesterday…my mum brought us a night in a really cool hotel for Christmas – we went yesterday and as I’m the designated driver I didn’t manage to log onanyway
no weight in this morning as we didn’t take scaleswith the rest week my instruction from the guru (stefan) is to maintain my weight
so regulate the steps / activity to allow for thatI sent off my blood kits for
full thyroid
test & oestrogenso ill have those back this week I hope – and we can see whats what

in my opinion – when needing to have a day of very high carbs its due to be very depleted….so the calories be it carbs or fats wont be stored as fat…and as said above, if you are back into a deficit the next day, they certainly wont be!
its often the case that you will replace all meals with pro – carb….and remove any fats anyway…and use low fat choices so the trace would be negligible
ie – the meal may normal be
200g 5% fat beef, 20g cashew – so no carbs and 20 fat..its unlikely you will hit 20g of fat from the carb source.there was a study that proved that 1 day of eating 10k calories…resulted in not even a 1lb of storage in fats – and you wont be hitting anywhere near that with 1 day of loading.
SO – basically….I wouldn’t worry about it 🙂

Adductor – 1 QD set

Calves – 3 setsreally good session – Rebecca filmed, so we will have some cool content as per usual 🙂 as Jordan gets heavier and with the ridiculous increlex pumps, he finds the sessions really taxing….little frustrating for me in all honesty as they end up being very long! I’m literally hungry half way through haha however it does slow me down a little which defo leads to more strength – plus I just have a few extra sets in there to allow him for more rest
REST TIME now…and I literally cant wait to have a break…lie in tomorrow…NO ALARM! its the little things 🙂

plus you will be very receptive to foodso I would increase food fast and aggressively post show then monitor in sync
if ur cruising for 6 weeks then you will be in the ‘honeymoon’ phase for the whole of this time pretty much so I don’t think you need to be too carefulof course – person dependent but that would be my view on the situation
