the volume has actually reduced a lot per session
we are still doing 2 or 3 work sets on most thingsthe deadlift is the only exercise we are periodising and that just for fun to peak strength on it and Jordan loves deadlifting – this is explained on the ham and deadlift video

went well
we moved the ‘crucifix’ side raises to later in the session and did the lying cuff side raises first…but MUCH preferred it the other way round so will re jig that next session for sureshoulders are getting much stronger as are triceps which I’m so pleased about as they really need to improve
was 152.4lbs this morning so increased after a rest day thanks to the new rest day increase
I will be up again tomorrowwe are filming tomorrow with Gus in Cave man Fitness – hammy session…literally cant wait to use the pendulum squat haha π

So today was rest day
had a lie in – kinda ….then usual stufftook Frank to the vets for his check up
went to Tesco
went to the post office
lots of workboring boring lol
first day of the higher rest day food today so I’m expecting weight to be up tomorrow
I was 151.8 today
will update tomorrow
been watching a ton of Chad videos and now I’m kinda missing powerlifting…which isn’t like me as I don’t really like it haha its scares me but I’m itching to re set my total…hmmmmm

I don’t do cardio actually – but I would if I needed to as a last resort
I used to when I needed it – lots and lots of it haha ….this would start pretty much from the off tbh
my training doesn’t change at all…I don’t use strength training to burn kcals I use it to build muscle….this may be different for some…and for bikini you don’t need lots of mass, so it may be smart to increase the intensity with higher volumes session
but if you start prep on a good amount of food and make smart choices to get lean then you shouldn’t need to alter training in my opinon – hope that helps π

if by guys you mean gals as well….
then I have moderate fat intake about 60g
this is more so because I utilise carbs very well and need them to gain weight
I wouldn’t up fats to 120 just because…if your current diet isn’t working then yes alter some aspects to find a better solution, but work out what your body works well with and what it needs π

I don’t think EQ is suitable
EQ has a lower androgenic strength to Test, but is higher than primo
it has a longer half life too, so in terms of sides I think it would elicit too many for a female
