the fats are from trace also, so for example, I didn’t eat oats in the past, just from preference, but now they are in my diet so of course they carry 8g fat per 100g..so direct fats are similar
carbs are already 580 on gym days…and I’m not even 4 weeks post show! the max I hit was 800…and that was me in a big surplus…so again carbs are on track to previous, in fact they are higher as we push we upped more immediately…in the past i had creeped up,, but that proved not to work…rest day actually went up yesterday as I’m nto really gaining weight…they are 430 now which is double the highest they have ever been on a rest day!Ciaran –
Stefan provides me both, and i have stuck to the food choices he likes, and only changes very few….I use clean foods anyway as you all no, ive never reverted to lots of sugars or breadsmy health supps remain constant, he is affair of my daily vits and we all agree they are the most suitable 🙂

I don’t use apps…I find them to be quite inaccurate
I look at the package, weight my foods etc

when a rep range is specified you should always go to failure if there is more there don’t stop as its says ‘8’10 reps’

yes chins are hard to progress
but they are a worthy exercise if you get on well with them, keep form strict and can target the lats well

well its always best to grow from the leanest start pointno reason why you cant retain your strength whilst you get leaner then when you start to stall or food gets a little too low rebound out and push up for a little bit
I would flow through ups and downs to ensure you achieve both but gradually and sustainably

so how is everyone?
my body weight is sitting at about 147/148 at the moment – I need more weight on for sure
food intake is
TRAINING DAY – p – 300 – c – 570 – f – 60
REST DAY – p – 250 – c – 330 – f – 65under Stefans guidance for diet now…this is the hardest phase for me
training is going well, me and Jordan are in a good rhythm now with the split
I’m thinking I will most likely not compete until November next year….as I simply need time to improve

I would only track steps rather then kcals burnt as I don’t think this is as easy to monitor

off to my sisters for a few days for our annual Christmas time together then off to my nans at the weekend to see most of the family
cant wait
will be training in Lee Powells gym for the chest session and then simply gym for legs as I actually really rate the one in Cheltenham!
this weekend we will train in primitive gym poole and Swanage bay view gym…if anyone has every heard of that?!diet etc will be maintained
sitting at 146.8lbs this morning so plenty room to push up food
