train when is best for you and work your timings around thatso if you only have time for 2 evenly spaced meals before then only have those
if there is time for now have more
I would cram them all ini favour carbs peri workout (pre intra post)

if it has stalled then you simply have to shift the balance again
so reduce your kcals or increase your outputthe number is irrelevant – if this isn’t a deficit to see fat loss then you need to create one

got my results back from my mastersDISTINCTION!! 🙂
superrrrrrrr happy 🙂we had a nasty deadlift and leg session yesterday
I did 180kg for 3, 3, 3
VERY happy with this as I haven’t touched that kinda weight in a long time
we used a new banded SLDL and today my glutes are DYING lolso tomorrow we have back – will update
down to 154.6lbs this am

I’m weighting just under 157lbs at the mo – condition is pretty good…certainly some muscular improvements and I’m not taking myself to the point of getting a little stringy so the look is holding well
strength is good also – our deadlifting programming is working really really well! so when I do look to peak strength again I will use this method to do so

personally I don’t track any of the above on a daily scale
its a bit different for me as I’m a female not pushing hard with body weight or anabolics BUT in general if I’m feeling good, I’m taking my health supps…ensuring good sleep and hydration….then I don’t feel I need to objectively measure anythingIF I was to start feeling not myself, then I would check all the above

so today was a rest day – THANK GOD as quads yesterday was nothing shy of disgusting haha
working with bands really causes some damage and the DOMS is extreme – working well though as I am growing better than every before IMOI went over to Leicester today to the warehouse gym – which is very very cool! I wanted to train
I had a shoot with XPLOSIVE APE…they have sponsored me..and launching the new female range soon which is really coolso hair and make up done this morning….couple of hours shooting then home via starbucks
I’m so tired! lol but early night and back tomorrow 🙂

when I deload…I just do straight sets but nothing below 15 reps and keeping 1/2 reps in the tank on everything so well away from failure
I use all machines, no free bar stuff , no lower back loading – all very CNS sparingid probably do

mon and tues rest

best to get a test when you have been off of cycle for at least 6 weeks
get a full panel and review.important ones to look out for are
haemoglobin / haematocrit
HDL and LDL
inflammatory markers – CK ALT
HbA1calthough ALL results are important and should be reviewed 🙂

the training is working well at the mo – I can see good visual improvements – denser in delts, arms and back which is a must as they are weaknesses for me
I’m adding in total war pre workout tomorrow so ill let you know how I get on with that!!

so I have dropped the hammer a little bit to get leaner – with the chopping and changing of training plans fat loss has been stagnant tbh…due to the change in output, 4 consecutive gym days at one point for Jordan…I feel this then pushed me into a surplus for a period of time
anyway
so I have dropped food
rest day carb – 120
leg day carbs – 550
all other gym sessions – 490I have add in 20mcgs clen per day and stopped all insulin.an using RPG from redcon instead…I highly recommend this…I really don’t like using insulin tbh
